價格持續(xù)下降的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)研究

【摘要】:隨著顧客需求的多樣化和產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的步伐加速,企業(yè)之間的競爭已轉(zhuǎn)為供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭.由于供應(yīng)鏈上各個成員的利益不同,他們在追求自身的利益時難免會與供應(yīng)鏈整體的效益產(chǎn)生沖突.為了長期的生存和發(fā)展,參與供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的難以避免的選擇.本文在由單個零售商、單個供應(yīng)商和單一產(chǎn)品組成的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下,研究了價格持續(xù)下降的產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問題,主要內(nèi)容有: (1)研究需求受價格和服務(wù)水平影響的產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問題.假設(shè)產(chǎn)品的價格呈下降的等差數(shù)列,分別建立分散決策及基于信用支付和利潤改善的庫存模型,提出了一種基于信用支付和利潤改善的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)方法.通過分析,給出了最優(yōu)訂購周期和服務(wù)水平的求解方法,并指出了該協(xié)調(diào)方法有效實現(xiàn)的必要條件.最后給出數(shù)值例子,并分析部分參數(shù)變化對零售商、供應(yīng)商和供應(yīng)鏈利潤的影響. (2)研究價格和需求均為時變的產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)問題.假設(shè)價格隨時間負(fù)指數(shù)下降和產(chǎn)品的需求率為時間的梯形函數(shù).分別建立了分散決策、集中決策及基于價格折扣和利潤共享的庫存模型,提出了一種基于價格折扣和利潤共享的協(xié)調(diào)方法.通過分析,給出了分散決策時的最優(yōu)訂購策略及該協(xié)調(diào)方法實現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈有效協(xié)調(diào)時利潤共享因子的取值范圍.最后給出數(shù)值例子,并考察了部分參數(shù)對最優(yōu)訂購策略的影響.
[Abstract]:With the diversification of customer demand and the acceleration of product upgrading, competition among enterprises has turned into competition between supply chains. Because of the different interests of the members in the supply chain, they will inevitably conflict with the overall benefit of the supply chain when they pursue their own interests. In order to survive and develop for a long time, participation in supply chain coordination has become an inevitable choice for the development of enterprises. In the supply chain environment composed of single retailer, single supplier and single product, this paper studies the supply chain coordination of products with declining price. The main contents are as follows: Research on supply chain coordination of products whose demand is affected by price and service level. Assuming that the price of the product is in a decreasing sequence, a decentralized decision model and an inventory model based on credit payment and profit improvement are established, and a supply chain coordination method based on credit payment and profit improvement is proposed. Through analysis, the method of solving the optimal ordering cycle and service level is given, and the necessary conditions for the effective realization of the coordination method are pointed out. Finally, numerical examples are given, and the effects of some parameter changes on retailer, supplier and supply chain profit are analyzed. 2) to study the supply chain coordination of products with time-varying price and demand. Assume that the price decreases with time and the demand rate of the product is a trapezoidal function of time. The inventory models based on price discount and profit sharing are established, and a coordination method based on price discount and profit sharing is proposed. Through analysis, the optimal ordering strategy for decentralized decision and the range of profit sharing factor for effective coordination of supply chain by this coordination method are given. Finally, a numerical example is given, and the influence of some parameters on the optimal ordering strategy is investigated.
