【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)是在一定的區(qū)域內(nèi)，不同城鎮(zhèn)在各種政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會等因素的影響下，在一定地域空間上形成的一種組織形式，從而能夠帶動這一區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及促進(jìn)社會進(jìn)步。因此城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)的研究歷來受到了地理學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的高度重視，它也是城市地理學(xué)研究的主要內(nèi)容之一。 隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、城市化、信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化快速發(fā)展，城鎮(zhèn)體系的研究成為了關(guān)注的焦點，依據(jù)國家中央城鎮(zhèn)化會議的主題、內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)8337發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對于城鎮(zhèn)化的要求，以及烏蘭察布市城鎮(zhèn)體系的快速發(fā)展的迫切需求。本論文在城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)的理論和實踐研究的基礎(chǔ)上，通過對城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)研究內(nèi)容以及研究方法城市首位律、納爾遜分析方法、引力模型、斷裂點模型等方法的掌握，應(yīng)用理論分析與實證分析相結(jié)合、采用定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合、以及對比分析與綜合分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，運用“提出問題、分析問題、解決問題”的技術(shù)線路，結(jié)合烏蘭察布市城鎮(zhèn)體系的現(xiàn)狀，并通過指標(biāo)的界定選取內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)與之相似的城市進(jìn)行對比分析，找出烏蘭察布市城鎮(zhèn)體系發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢與劣勢，對其發(fā)展趨勢提出了構(gòu)想，得到的基本結(jié)論：（1）市域城鎮(zhèn)化率2020年為61.5%，2030年為91.8%；（2）市域城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)為“井”字型，即“一主”（G7、G6、110國道、集張鐵路以及東西向的京包線）、“一副”（G55、集二鐵路、208國道）、“兩通道”（省際大通道和四子王旗、察哈爾右翼中旗、卓資縣、涼城縣連接起來作為一條軸線）；（3）市城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)的布局、資源的合理配置在很大程度上受政策調(diào)控的影響，，因此建立合理的公共政策是為城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)布局提供有利保障。
[Abstract]:The spatial structure of the urban system is a form of organization formed in a certain region under the influence of various political, economic and social factors. Thus can drive the economic development of this region and promote social progress. Therefore, the study of the spatial structure of urban system has always been attached great importance to in the field of geography, and it is also one of the main contents of urban geography. With the rapid development of world economic globalization, urbanization, information technology and networking, the study of urban system has become the focus of attention. According to the theme of the National Central Conference on urbanization, the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region 8337 requires urbanization. As well as the rapid development of the urban system of the city of Wulanchabu urgent need. On the basis of the theoretical and practical research on the spatial structure of the urban system, this paper grasps the contents and methods of the spatial structure of the urban system, including the first law of the city, Nelson's analysis method, gravity model, fracture point model and so on. Applying the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, combining qualitative and quantitative research, and combining comparative analysis with comprehensive analysis, using the technical route of "posing problems, analyzing problems, solving problems". Combined with the present situation of the urban system of Wulanchabu, and through the comparison and analysis of the inner Mongolia autonomous region and the similar cities, this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the urban system of Wulanchabu, and puts forward some ideas on the development trend of the urban system. The basic conclusion is that the urban urbanization rate is 61.5% in 2020 and 91.8% in 2030) the spatial structure of urban system is "well", that is, "one master" G7 / G6110 national highway. The Ji-Zhang Railway and the East-West Beijing-Baotou Line, the "first set" of the G55, the Ji-er Railway of No. 208 State Road, the "two channels" (the interprovincial channel and the Sizi Wang Banner, the right-wing central banner of Chahar, the Zhuozi County, the Central Banner of Chahar and the Central Banner of Chahar, Liangcheng County is connected as an axis to the layout of the urban system spatial structure, and the rational allocation of resources is largely influenced by the policy regulation and control. Therefore, the establishment of reasonable public policies is a favorable guarantee for the spatial structure layout of urban system.
