基于供應(yīng)鏈的汽車(chē)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間布局優(yōu)化

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)出快速增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),但由于缺乏對(duì)于園區(qū)物流規(guī)劃的重視,汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)物流用地匱乏、物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間布局零散、物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施資源浪費(fèi)、物流成本高等問(wèn)題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。本文針對(duì)汽車(chē)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間布局不合理的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了如下研究。 首先,分析園區(qū)中以整車(chē)制造企業(yè)為核心形成的汽車(chē)工業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈,并找出圍繞供應(yīng)鏈形成的各項(xiàng)物流需求,以集約化利用資源、供應(yīng)鏈物流總成本最小化為目的,構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點(diǎn)整合模型,對(duì)園區(qū)供應(yīng)鏈物流節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行整合優(yōu)化,并得到園區(qū)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間布局的初步方案。 接下來(lái),從經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可行性、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面考慮影響園區(qū)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局的因素,構(gòu)建影響因素指標(biāo)體系,結(jié)合層次分析法與模糊聚類(lèi)分析構(gòu)建物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間布局調(diào)整優(yōu)化方法,對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)布局的初步方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。 最終,得出汽車(chē)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)空間布局優(yōu)化方案,并對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)布局優(yōu)化前后的用地面積及物流成本進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了對(duì)于汽車(chē)制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的物流節(jié)點(diǎn)布局規(guī)劃,本文的研究成果具有一定參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of automobile industry parks in China has shown a trend of rapid growth, but due to the lack of attention to the park logistics planning, the lack of logistics land, the distribution of logistics nodes is scattered. Logistics infrastructure resources waste, high logistics costs and other problems are gradually emerging. In order to solve the problem of unreasonable space layout of logistics node in automobile manufacturing industry park, the following research is carried out in this paper. First of all, it analyzes the automobile industry supply chain formed by the whole automobile manufacturing enterprise in the park, and finds out the logistics demand formed around the supply chain, aiming at minimizing the total logistics cost of the supply chain by using the resources intensively. The model of logistics node integration in supply chain is constructed to optimize the integration of logistics nodes in the supply chain of the park and the preliminary plan of the spatial layout of the logistics node in the park is obtained. Then, from the aspects of economy, feasibility, sustainable development and so on, we consider the factors that affect the layout of logistics node in the park, and construct the index system of the influencing factors. Combined with AHP and fuzzy cluster analysis, the optimization method of logistics node spatial layout adjustment is constructed, and the initial scheme of node layout is optimized. Finally, the optimization scheme of logistics node space layout of automobile manufacturing industry park is obtained, and the land area and logistics cost before and after the node layout optimization are compared, which verifies the layout planning of logistics node in automobile manufacturing industry park. The research results of this paper have certain reference significance.
