九州通醫(yī)藥物流中心貨位分配及揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:摘要:近年來(lái),隨著現(xiàn)代化物流技術(shù)和自動(dòng)化信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。而醫(yī)藥物流行業(yè)也由于其藥品種類繁多、批量小、出入庫(kù)頻繁等特點(diǎn),對(duì)物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)要求更加嚴(yán)格,對(duì)物流效率要求更高。因此,自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)作為物流系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,在醫(yī)藥物流領(lǐng)域中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。企業(yè)的物流管理水平直接影響著企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,而倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理中的出入庫(kù)效率又是物流管理中的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。為了更加有效地管理自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù),提高整體作業(yè)效率,要求對(duì)貨位分配進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,對(duì)堆垛機(jī)揀選作業(yè)路線進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以提高倉(cāng)庫(kù)布局的合理性,減少貨品的搬運(yùn)和存儲(chǔ)成本,降低在存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程及搬運(yùn)過(guò)程中所損耗的時(shí)間和空間,從而降低物流成本,提高收益。因此本文展開(kāi)了自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)貨位分配及揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化方面的研究。主要工作包括如下幾個(gè)方面: 首先,簡(jiǎn)要地介紹了醫(yī)藥物流和自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從貨位分配優(yōu)化和揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化兩個(gè)方面分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的最新研究成果,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了本文的研究方向。 其次,介紹了自動(dòng)化醫(yī)藥物流中心貨位分配優(yōu)化及揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),包括醫(yī)藥物流中心的概念、功能、特點(diǎn)和管理重點(diǎn);自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)的概念、組成與特點(diǎn);還有貨位分配優(yōu)化的原則、作用、實(shí)現(xiàn)手段;以及揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化的意義、原則、方法等。 然后,提出了自動(dòng)化醫(yī)藥物流中心的存儲(chǔ)策略,針對(duì)醫(yī)藥物流中心內(nèi)存儲(chǔ)的醫(yī)藥品的特點(diǎn),模擬了倉(cāng)庫(kù)布局圖,建立了貨位分配優(yōu)化的模型,該模型分別以出入庫(kù)效率高的貨物靠近倉(cāng)庫(kù)出口和同族藥品靠近擺放為目標(biāo)函數(shù)。本文選取遺傳算法求解此多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。然后以九州通醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)物流中心的自動(dòng)化立體倉(cāng)庫(kù)為對(duì)象進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析,得到較為理想的優(yōu)化結(jié)果和仿真圖像。 接著,本文就物流中心的揀選策略進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析,將揀選作業(yè)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化成旅行商問(wèn)題,以巷道堆垛機(jī)行走時(shí)間最短為目標(biāo)建立數(shù)學(xué)函數(shù)模型,采用九州通醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)物流中心的真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用蟻群算法進(jìn)行求解,在Matlab中進(jìn)行編程優(yōu)化,其結(jié)果顯示算法切實(shí)有效。 最后,本文總結(jié)了所做的研究工作,提出了本文的不足之處,希望在未來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)和研究中能夠得到進(jìn)一步完善。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, with the development of modern logistics technology and automation information technology, automated warehouse has been more and more widely used. The pharmaceutical logistics industry also has the characteristics of a wide variety of drugs, small quantities, frequent storage, and so on, so the requirements for logistics storage are more strict, and the logistics efficiency is higher. Therefore, as an important part of logistics system, automated warehouse plays an important role in the field of pharmaceutical logistics. The level of logistics management has a direct impact on the market competitiveness of enterprises, and the efficiency of warehousing management is a key link in logistics management. In order to manage the automatic warehouse more effectively and improve the efficiency of the whole operation, it is necessary to optimize the distribution of the cargo space and the route of the picking operation of the stacker to improve the rationality of the layout of the warehouse. Reduce the cost of goods handling and storage, reduce the time and space lost in the process of storage and handling, thereby reducing logistics costs and increasing revenue. Therefore, this paper starts the research on the distribution of freight spaces and the optimization of picking operations in automated warehouse. The main tasks include the following: First of all, the development of medical logistics and automated warehouse is briefly introduced, and the latest research results of domestic and foreign scholars are analyzed from the aspects of location allocation optimization and picking operation optimization. On this basis, the research direction of this paper is put forward. Secondly, it introduces the theoretical basis of the optimization of the distribution of goods and the optimization of picking operation in the automatic medical logistics center, including the concept, function, characteristics and management emphasis of the medical logistics center, the concept, composition and characteristics of the automated three-dimensional warehouse. There are the principles, functions and means of optimizing the distribution of goods, as well as the significance, principles and methods of the optimization of picking operations. Then, the storage strategy of the automatic medicine logistics center is put forward. According to the characteristics of the medicine medicine stored in the medicine logistics center, the layout diagram of the warehouse is simulated, and the model of optimizing the distribution of the goods is established. The objective function of the model is that the goods with high inputting and storage efficiency are close to the warehouse export and the medicines of the same kind are placed near the warehouse. In this paper, genetic algorithm is selected to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. Then taking the automatic warehouse in the logistics center of Kyushu-Tong Pharmaceutical Group as an example, the optimal results and simulation images are obtained. Then, this paper makes a brief analysis on the picking strategy of logistics center, transforms the optimization problem of picking operation into a traveling salesman problem, and establishes a mathematical function model aiming at the shortest walking time of the laneway stacker. By using the real data of the logistics center of Kyushu Tong Medical Group, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the programming optimization is carried out in Matlab. The results show that the algorithm is effective and effective. Finally, this paper summarizes the research work done, put forward the shortcomings of this paper, hope to be further improved in the future learning and research.
