IT外包知識共享行為的演化博弈研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,IT外包成為了企業(yè)提升核心能力的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇。同時隨著知識管理的發(fā)展,知識已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的基礎(chǔ)。知識共享是知識管理的核心問題,IT外包的知識共享使企業(yè)獲取外部資源來提高核心競爭力的同時,賦予了企業(yè)應(yīng)對快速變化的全球經(jīng)濟所必須的靈活性。因此,研究IT外包的知識共享具有重要的意義。本文研究了IT外包中客戶與服務(wù)提供商企業(yè)間的知識共享問題,分析了IT外包知識共享的影響因素,構(gòu)建了IT外包知識共享的演化博弈模型,并通過仿真分析,提出了促進IT外包知識共享的建議。 首先,論文對IT外包、知識共享和演化博弈的相關(guān)文獻進行了綜述,分析了IT外包知識共享的影響因素,把IT外包知識共享的影響因素分為知識共享的客體、知識共享的主體和知識共享的情境三個方面。 其次,基于演化博弈理論,構(gòu)建了IT外包知識共享的演化博弈模型。通過模型的求解,定性分析了IT外包知識共享的演化趨勢和策略選擇,并運用MATLAB7.6軟件對IT外包知識共享的演化博弈模型進行了定量的仿真分析。 最后,在定性和定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進IT外包知識共享的相關(guān)管理建議,具體包括注重外包項目的知識存儲,培養(yǎng)外包企業(yè)間的信任,,建設(shè)外包企業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)文化和建立外包企業(yè)激勵懲罰機制四個方面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, IT outsourcing has become an important strategic choice for enterprises to enhance their core competence. At the same time, with the development of knowledge management, knowledge has become the basis for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing is the core problem of knowledge management. Knowledge sharing in IT outsourcing enables enterprises to acquire external resources to improve their core competitiveness, and at the same time gives them the necessary flexibility to cope with the rapidly changing global economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the knowledge sharing of IT outsourcing. In this paper, the problem of knowledge sharing between customers and service provider enterprises in IT outsourcing is studied, the influencing factors of IT outsourcing knowledge sharing are analyzed, the evolutionary game model of IT outsourcing knowledge sharing is constructed, and the simulation analysis is carried out. Some suggestions are put forward to promote IT outsourcing knowledge sharing. First of all, the paper summarizes the related literature of IT outsourcing, knowledge sharing and evolution game, analyzes the influencing factors of IT outsourcing knowledge sharing, and divides the influencing factors of IT outsourcing knowledge sharing into the objects of knowledge sharing. The subject of knowledge sharing and the situation of knowledge sharing are three aspects. Secondly, an evolutionary game model of IT outsourcing knowledge sharing is constructed based on evolutionary game theory. Through solving the model, the evolution trend and strategy selection of IT outsourcing knowledge sharing are qualitatively analyzed, and the evolutionary game model of IT outsourcing knowledge sharing is quantitatively simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB7.6 software. Finally, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the paper puts forward some relevant management suggestions to promote IT outsourcing knowledge sharing, including paying attention to knowledge storage of outsourcing projects and fostering trust among outsourcing enterprises. Construction of outsourcing enterprises learning corporate culture and the establishment of outsourcing enterprises incentive and punishment mechanism four aspects.
