【摘要】：合同能源管理是指節(jié)能服務公司和用能單位以合同約定節(jié)能目標,節(jié)能服務公司提供節(jié)能服務,用能單位以減少的能源費用,支付節(jié)能服務公司的費用和利潤的節(jié)能方式。本文通過對國內外合同能源管理相關材料的研究,以N公司為研究對象,通過政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、科技等方面分析N公司推行合同能源管理模式的必要性；對N公司首個合同能源管理項目——M發(fā)電廠電泵變頻改造項目案例進行分析總結,對實施EPC所帶來的經(jīng)濟利益及社會效益進行進一步的闡述；梳理了N公司合同能源管理的流程,并找出其中的關注點和需解決的問題,提出了在N公司推行合同能源管理模式的建議及適用合同能源管理模式的其他項目。希望通過本研究,充分利用合同能源管理模式,為N公司節(jié)省投資,達到國家環(huán)保要求,進行進一步實現(xiàn)節(jié)能降耗,履行企業(yè)社會責任、提高企業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:The contract energy management refers to the energy-saving service company and the energy-using unit in which the energy-saving service company provides energy-saving service, and the energy-using unit pays the cost and profit of the energy-saving service company by reducing the energy cost. In this paper, through the domestic and foreign contract energy management materials research, taking N company as the research object, through the political, economic, social, scientific and technological aspects to analyze the necessity of N company to implement the contract energy management model; This paper analyzes and summarizes the case of N company's first contract energy management project-the electric pump frequency conversion renovation project in M power plant, and further expounds the economic benefits and social benefits brought by the implementation of EPC. This paper combs the flow of contract energy management in N Company, finds out the concerns and problems to be solved, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of contract energy management mode in N Company and other projects applicable to contract energy management mode. Through this study, we hope to make full use of the contract energy management mode, save investment for N company, meet the national environmental protection requirements, further realize energy saving and consumption reduction, fulfill corporate social responsibility, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
