【摘要】：總結(jié)了"新常態(tài)"下我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化的主要特征與挑戰(zhàn);指出我國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化經(jīng)歷了30多年的高速發(fā)展已經(jīng)正式進(jìn)入了"深度城鎮(zhèn)化"階段,未來(lái)五至十年是我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化能否避開(kāi)先行國(guó)家城市化彎路、超越"中等收入陷阱"、落實(shí)新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵階段,也是治理前一階段"廣度、速度城鎮(zhèn)化"所帶來(lái)的各種"城市病"最有效的時(shí)期;提出了"十三五"期間我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)向"內(nèi)涵式"發(fā)展道路,實(shí)現(xiàn)"深度城鎮(zhèn)化"的主要策略。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the main characteristics and challenges of urbanization in China under the "New normal", and points out that China's urbanization has formally entered the stage of "deep urbanization" after more than 30 years of rapid development. The next five to ten years will be a crucial stage for China's urbanization to avoid the detours of the leading national urbanization, to go beyond the "middle-income trap," and to implement the new urbanization plan, as well as the breadth of the previous stage of governance. The most effective period of various "urban diseases" brought about by the speed urbanization is put forward, and the main strategies of turning to the "connotative" development road and realizing "deep urbanization" during the 13th Five-Year Plan period in China are put forward.
