【摘要】：本文以M建設(shè)公司X項目的質(zhì)量管理作為研究對象,通過運用建設(shè)工程項目管理理論及建設(shè)工程項目質(zhì)量管理理論,分析了M建設(shè)公司X項目的質(zhì)量管理和控制現(xiàn)狀,揭示了M公司在對X項目的質(zhì)量管理過程中出現(xiàn)的如責(zé)任、權(quán)力和義務(wù)脫節(jié)，建設(shè)工程項目質(zhì)量管理體系不健全等存在的問題。本文通過對項目進(jìn)行認(rèn)真客觀的調(diào)查研究，對國內(nèi)外的一些先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理理論分析思考，，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了針對本項目的質(zhì)量管理與控制改進(jìn)措施。對M建設(shè)公司X項目的質(zhì)量管理水平有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the quality management of X project in M Construction Company as the research object. By using the theory of construction project management and the theory of quality management of construction project, this paper analyzes the present situation of quality management and control of X project in M construction company. This paper reveals the problems existing in the quality management of X project in M Company, such as the disconnection of responsibility, power and obligation, the unsound quality management system of construction project and so on. In this paper, through a serious and objective investigation and study of the project, some advanced quality management theories at home and abroad are analyzed and pondered, and on this basis, the improvement measures for the quality management and control of the project are put forward. To M construction company X project quality management level has certain promotion function.
