【摘要】:近年來,我國的電子商務(wù)獲得了飛速發(fā)展,尤其是BtoC形式的電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)量增長速度驚人。電子商務(wù)作為一種依賴于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的虛擬交易,它在給人們帶來諸多便利的同時(shí)也存在很多亟需解決的問題,其中之一就是退貨問題。退貨屬于逆向物流,它不僅會(huì)造成消費(fèi)者或者經(jīng)營者成本的增加,也使物流的管理變得更加復(fù)雜。退貨問題處理是否得當(dāng)直接影響到顧客的購買決定,也會(huì)影響到顧客是否會(huì)再次購買,關(guān)系到網(wǎng)上零售商能否建立持久的顧客關(guān)系,因此對(duì)于網(wǎng)上零售商來說退貨及其物流流程管理是其不可忽視的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文以沈陽唯一網(wǎng)為例,深入研究了BtoC電子商務(wù)的退貨物流流程問題。本文首先對(duì)研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及研究方法做出簡(jiǎn)要說明,然后介紹了與本文相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí),主要是逆向物流理論和網(wǎng)購商品退貨物流概述,為本文奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。通過對(duì)沈陽唯一網(wǎng)退貨物流流程的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出阻礙其發(fā)展的障礙所在,并分析沈陽唯一網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生退貨物流問題的原因,本文重點(diǎn)從宏觀的目標(biāo)和原則出發(fā),對(duì)沈陽唯一網(wǎng)退貨物流流程的改進(jìn)提出了建設(shè)方案,并給出了具體的實(shí)施步驟以及退貨物流流程改進(jìn)建設(shè)的具體保障措施。最后得出本文的結(jié)論和并對(duì)本文所研究的問題提出了展望。本文通過對(duì)沈陽唯一網(wǎng)的深入研究,深入研究了BtoC電子商務(wù)中存在的普遍的退貨物流問題,得出的結(jié)論是要解決這些問題必須從網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)、各個(gè)參與者著手,有針對(duì)地提出解決方案。從更廣泛的意義上說,這些方案的提出在一定程度上可以幫助更多BtoC電子商務(wù)企業(yè)解決退貨物流問題,促進(jìn)BtoC電子商務(wù)持久健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, E-commerce in China has been developing rapidly, especially the growth rate of e-commerce business in the form of BtoC. Electronic commerce is a kind of virtual transaction which depends on the Internet. It brings many conveniences to people, but also has many problems that need to be solved, one of which is the return of goods. Returns are reverse logistics, which not only increase the cost of consumers or operators, but also make the management of logistics more complicated. Whether the return problem is properly handled will directly affect the customer's purchase decision, and it will also affect whether the customer will buy again, and whether the online retailer can establish a lasting customer relationship. Therefore, for online retailers, return and logistics flow management is an important link that can not be ignored. Taking Shenyang only net as an example, this paper deeply studies the return logistics process of BtoC e-commerce. In this paper, the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and research methods are briefly described, and then the basic theoretical knowledge related to this paper is introduced, mainly reverse logistics theory and online goods return logistics overview. It lays a theoretical foundation for this paper. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the return logistics process of Shenyang unique net, the obstacles to its development are found out, and the reasons for the return logistics problems in Shenyang unique net are analyzed. This paper focuses on the macro objectives and principles. This paper puts forward the construction plan for the improvement of the return logistics flow of Shenyang unique net, and gives the concrete implementation steps and the concrete guarantee measures for the improvement and construction of the return logistics process. Finally, the conclusion and prospect of this paper are given. Through the in-depth study of Shenyang unique network, this paper deeply studies the general return logistics problems in BtoC e-commerce, and draws the conclusion that in order to solve these problems, we must start from the various links of online shopping, each participant, Put forward a solution to the problem. In a wider sense, the proposal of these schemes can help more BtoC e-commerce enterprises to solve the problem of return logistics to a certain extent, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of BtoC e-commerce.
