基于ERP物流管理與第三方WMS接口整合應(yīng)用

【摘要】:面對激烈的國內(nèi)外的競爭,越來越多的企業(yè)在擴大前端市場投入的同時,越來越多的把目光投向后端的內(nèi)部控制,既要開源,又要節(jié)流。很多公司在整合內(nèi)外資源時,越來越多的考慮把物流、后勤等工作高度集成或者外包出去,利用第三方的既有優(yōu)勢,在短期內(nèi)迅速地在國內(nèi)市場實現(xiàn)高效的供應(yīng)鏈運作,而引入現(xiàn)代化的管理手段以及供應(yīng)鏈的運作模式,結(jié)合國內(nèi)市場的特點,提高產(chǎn)品的物流運作效率,從而適應(yīng)不斷增長的戰(zhàn)略擴張需求。全球500強企業(yè)已經(jīng)全面應(yīng)用了ERP系統(tǒng),超過90%的企業(yè)選擇實施了ERP的明星產(chǎn)品SAP。第三方物流目前在國內(nèi)得到的長足的發(fā)展,日漸成熟,于是結(jié)合中國目前市場的物流特點,提高物流的運作速度,利用第三方物流現(xiàn)有的全國網(wǎng)絡(luò),迅速的達成渠道物流供應(yīng)。同時降低物流成本,提高“第三方利潤源”都促使越來越多的企業(yè)選擇采用第三方物流作為公司的營運物流決策。然而,怎樣將公司內(nèi)部的ERP系統(tǒng)與第三方物流公司的WMS系統(tǒng)完整的集成,能夠很好的控制物流動態(tài),控制庫存水平,提高物流效率,嚴格控制這個供應(yīng)鏈的質(zhì)量關(guān)節(jié),同時又要兼顧各自系統(tǒng)的控制要求,保證系統(tǒng)的安全性和內(nèi)部流程的完整性,成為當前必然需要解決的問題。課題以P公司為例,首先對整合兩個系統(tǒng)所涉及的業(yè)務(wù)需求進行了分析,分別描述了銷售部門,采購部門,質(zhì)量部門,物流部門的業(yè)務(wù)流程,強調(diào)了目前各個部門對流程管理的關(guān)鍵控制點,進一步闡明了課題的實際意義,同時,通過分析兩套系統(tǒng)的各自的特點,以及業(yè)務(wù)功能的側(cè)重點,設(shè)計并且實現(xiàn)了兩套系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)整合的接口。使得P公司以及第三方物流公司日常的大量的物流指令,能夠通過接口很好的實現(xiàn)信息流和物流的溝通,極大的提高了信息溝通的效率,實現(xiàn)了控制目的,提高了整個公司的物流運行效率。論文具體描述了如何實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),以及業(yè)務(wù)匹配的對照表,數(shù)據(jù)傳遞中間件技術(shù),數(shù)據(jù)接口對應(yīng)的流程設(shè)計以及實現(xiàn)、B/S三層碼等,其中,業(yè)務(wù)流程的關(guān)鍵點,以及對應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)及相關(guān)主數(shù)據(jù)的匹配表,數(shù)據(jù)接口的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)的業(yè)務(wù)流程的細化是本課題研究的重點和難點。本人作為的SAP系統(tǒng)的實施人員,具體負責此次接口項目的業(yè)務(wù)流程分析、總體項目管理、組織關(guān)鍵雙方用戶集成測試、系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)切換等工作,作為企業(yè)方的代表,全程與企業(yè)方的程序開發(fā)人員,第三方物流的關(guān)鍵用戶及開發(fā)人員一道,針對SAP與WMS系統(tǒng)進行了流程業(yè)務(wù)再造,針對特殊業(yè)務(wù)的定制開發(fā),經(jīng)過嚴格的功能測試、集成測試,最終實現(xiàn)了適合P公司與第三方物流S公司物流要求的系統(tǒng)的接口整合。目前,整套的接口已經(jīng)很好的投入到正式系統(tǒng)環(huán)境的使用,各方面反映良好,性能穩(wěn)定,運行的效率高。實現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)流和信息流的高效整合統(tǒng)一,另外一方面又為P公司商務(wù)智能提供了高效率的運行數(shù)據(jù),大大減輕了負擔,此系統(tǒng)整合模式被推廣至P公司的亞太物流中心和歐洲物流中心。提高了P公司在國內(nèi)的醫(yī)藥市場上物流效率,進而提高了P公司的行業(yè)競爭力。

In the short term, we can realize the efficient supply chain operation in the domestic market, and introduce modern management and supply chain operation mode, combine the characteristics of the domestic market, improve the logistics operation efficiency of the product, so as to adapt to the increasing demand of strategic expansion. The global 500 enterprises have applied the ERP in an all-round way. The control table, data transfer middleware technology, data interface corresponding process design and implementation, B/S three layer code and so on, among which, the key points of the business process, and the corresponding business and the related main data matching table, the design and implementation of the data interface of the business process is the focus and difficulty of this topic. I as the SAP system The implementers of the system are responsible for the business process analysis of the interface project, the overall project management, the organization of the key two user integration testing, the data switching of the system, as the representative of the enterprise, the whole process with the enterprise developers, the key users and the developers of the third party logistics, and the SAP and the WMS system. The process business reengineering, in view of the custom development of special business, through strict functional testing, integrated testing, finally realized the integration of the system suitable for P company and the third party logistics S logistics requirements. At present, the whole set of interfaces has been well put into the use of the formal system environment, all aspects are well reflected, performance stability, The efficiency of operation is high. It achieves high efficiency integration and integration of business flow and information flow. On the other hand, it provides high efficiency running data for business intelligence of P company, greatly alleviates the burden. This system integration model is extended to the Asia Pacific Logistics Center of P company and the European Logistics Center. It improves the logistics of P company in the domestic pharmaceutical market. Efficiency increases the competitiveness of P companies.
