【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)迎來(lái)了新一輪的結(jié)構(gòu)分工,而現(xiàn)代物流是其中增長(zhǎng)最快的行業(yè)之一,已成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。然而,我國(guó)物流企業(yè)尚處于起步發(fā)展階段,本身存在企業(yè)規(guī)模較小、服務(wù)領(lǐng)域單一、服務(wù)效率不高等問(wèn)題,如今在電商物流和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的雙核驅(qū)動(dòng)下,傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式已難以適應(yīng)新的市場(chǎng)需求,物流企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題顯得尤為重要。本文結(jié)合物流企業(yè)的信息化趨勢(shì),聯(lián)系競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的復(fù)雜動(dòng)態(tài)性,通過(guò)整理、歸納、總結(jié)前人的相關(guān)研究,從動(dòng)態(tài)能力的視角探討信息技術(shù)對(duì)物流企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的作用,構(gòu)建了三者之間的理論模型,并通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式收集數(shù)據(jù),用實(shí)證分析方法驗(yàn)證了信息技術(shù)、動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的作用,結(jié)果顯示動(dòng)態(tài)能力在信息技術(shù)與戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型之間起到了部分中介作用。由于我國(guó)物流企業(yè)本身發(fā)展時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),可供借鑒的成功轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)驗(yàn)很少,信息技術(shù)對(duì)物流企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的直接影響以及通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)能力對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的間接影響有助于啟發(fā)物流企業(yè)重視信息技術(shù)的創(chuàng)造、維持和提高,為物流企業(yè)及時(shí)響應(yīng)環(huán)境變動(dòng)、保持并發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)能力、有效進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型提供思路,因此開展物流企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, with the rapid development of information technology, the global economy has ushered in a new round of structural division of labor, and modern logistics is one of the fastest growing industries, which has become a new growth point of national economy. However, the logistics enterprises in our country are still in the initial stage of development. There are some problems such as small scale, single service field, low service efficiency and so on. Now, driven by the dual core of e-commerce logistics and mobile Internet, The traditional management mode has been difficult to adapt to the new market demand, and the strategic transformation of logistics enterprises is particularly important. Based on the information trend of logistics enterprises and the complexity and dynamics of competitive environment, this paper, through sorting, summing up and summarizing the related studies of predecessors, discusses the role of information technology in the strategic transformation of logistics enterprises from the perspective of dynamic capability. The theoretical model between them is constructed, and the data is collected by questionnaire, and the effect of information technology and dynamic ability on strategic transformation is verified by empirical analysis. The results show that dynamic capability plays a part intermediary role between information technology and strategic transformation. As the development time of logistics enterprises in China is not long, there are few successful transition experiences that can be used for reference. The direct influence of information technology on the strategic transformation of logistics enterprises and the indirect influence of dynamic capability on it will help to inspire logistics enterprises to attach importance to the creation, maintenance and improvement of information technology, so that logistics enterprises can respond to environmental changes in a timely manner. To maintain and develop the dynamic ability and effectively carry out the strategic transformation provides ideas, so it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the strategic transformation of logistics enterprises.
