【摘要】：太原是典型的資源型城市。近年來,我國大力實施資源型城市經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在此指導(dǎo)下,太原市也因地制宜的提出了新的經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型路線方針,即通過走出一條依靠科技進步與創(chuàng)新共同促使太原市由過去的資源城市轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾滦吐糜纬鞘械牡缆?最終實現(xiàn)城市生態(tài)環(huán)境的改善和經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展為總目標(biāo)的轉(zhuǎn)型總思路。旅游業(yè)作為一種新興產(chǎn)業(yè),具有改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、增加地區(qū)收入以及提升就業(yè)率等綜合性作用,因此,發(fā)展旅游業(yè)是資源型城市轉(zhuǎn)型路徑的選擇之一。城市公園既在保護城市文化遺產(chǎn)、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境和豐富市民日常休閑娛樂等方面起著至關(guān)重要的作用,此外,還可以促進城市游客數(shù)量的增加,是城市旅游資源的補充。本研究以查閱與回顧現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對游客滿意度和城市公園的相關(guān)文獻為基礎(chǔ),通過分析其研究結(jié)論,總結(jié)歸納了影響游客滿意度的因子和及影響免費開放城市公園游客滿意度的因子,建立了免費開放公園游客滿意度的測評體系,并以太原市的免費開放公園為實際研究案例,結(jié)合運用模糊綜合評價法和重要性-滿意度分析法,對園內(nèi)游客進行了游客滿意度的測評與分析,并對各指標(biāo)因子與總體游客滿意度之間的相關(guān)性進行了研究,最后針對公園內(nèi)現(xiàn)存的問題提出針對性建議。如何進一步完善太原市的旅游系統(tǒng),提高服務(wù)水平,促進太原市經(jīng)濟的良好轉(zhuǎn)型與旅游持續(xù)續(xù)發(fā)展,是本研究關(guān)注的焦點。本研究共分為六部分：第一部分緒論,主要論述本研究的選題依據(jù)、背景條件和理論與實際意義,歸納本研究的研究內(nèi)容和技術(shù)路線以及主要采用的研究方法。第二部分是研究綜述,這一部分主要是廣泛查閱相關(guān)文獻,通過概括與闡述城市公園和游客滿意度的概念及其國內(nèi)外研究進展等方面的研究,總結(jié)出了本文進行研究的理論依據(jù)。第三部分是研究設(shè)計,這一部分中首先總結(jié)了游客滿意度評價指標(biāo)的選取原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上構(gòu)建了本研究中免費開放城市公園游客滿意度測評體系；其次是問卷設(shè)計與問卷的發(fā)放調(diào)查；最后是研究樣本公園的選取,本研究樣本公園的選取原則是通過對太原市免費城市公園主要功能分類并結(jié)合我國城市公園的分類系統(tǒng)以及太原市的行政區(qū)劃。第四部分是實例研究,這一部分是以太原市的免費開放公園為例對園內(nèi)游客滿意度進行測評和研究,是對測評體系的實際運用。首先是在問卷統(tǒng)計結(jié)果上對免費公園內(nèi)游客的社會統(tǒng)計學(xué)特征進行了分析；其次為了保證調(diào)研問卷數(shù)據(jù)的科學(xué)性與可靠性,運用SPSS17.0軟件對調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進行了可信度分析；第三是確定免費公園測評體系中各級評價指標(biāo)因子的權(quán)重；第四是運用模糊綜合評價法,計算出太原市免費公園的游客總體滿意度值以及各個指標(biāo)因子的游客滿意度值。第五部分是太原市免費開放公園游客滿意度評價結(jié)果分析與發(fā)展對策研究,包括各準(zhǔn)則層以及各指標(biāo)因子滿意度水平分析、游客總體滿意度與各指標(biāo)因子的相關(guān)性分析、指標(biāo)因子的IPA分析,通過分析找到當(dāng)前太原市免費公園在設(shè)施、管理及服務(wù)等方面存在的問題。最后,針對太原市免費公園現(xiàn)存問題有針對性的提出完善與發(fā)展對策。第六部分是結(jié)論與展望,通過對本文的主要研究結(jié)論作出總結(jié),說明本文的創(chuàng)新之處,指出不足之處并展望后續(xù)研究。
[Abstract]:Taiyuan is a typical resource-based city. In recent years, China has vigorously implemented the development strategy of the economic transformation of resource-based cities. Under the guidance of this, Taiyuan has also put forward a new policy of economic transformation in the light of local conditions, that is, to transform Taiyuan city from the past resources city into a new brigade through a joint promotion of scientific and technological progress and innovation. As a new industry, tourism industry, as a new industry, can improve the ecological environment, adjust the industrial structure, increase the income of the region and improve the employment rate. Therefore, the development of tourism is the transformation road of the resource-based city. Urban park plays a vital role in protecting the cultural heritage of the city, improving the ecological environment and enriching the daily leisure and entertainment of the citizens. In addition, it can also promote the increase in the number of tourists in the city and supplement the tourist resources of the city. This study is to review and review the current domestic and foreign scholars' satisfaction with the tourists. Based on the related literature of the city park, the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists and the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists in free open urban parks are summarized, and the evaluation system of free open park tourist satisfaction is established, and the free open park in Taiyuan is used as a practical case study. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the importance satisfaction analysis method, the tourist satisfaction of the garden tourists is evaluated and analyzed, and the correlation between the index factors and the overall tourist satisfaction is studied. Finally, the pertinent suggestions are put forward to the existing problems in the park. How to further improve the tourism system in Taiyuan City To improve the service level and promote the sustainable economic transformation and sustainable tourism development of Taiyuan City, it is the focus of this study. This study is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the basis of the topic, the background and the theoretical and practical significance, the research content and technical route of the study, as well as the main adoption. The second part is a summary of the research. This part is mainly a comprehensive review of the relevant literature. By summarizing and explaining the concept of urban park and tourist satisfaction and the research progress at home and abroad, the theoretical basis of this study is summarized. The third part is the research and design, and the first part is summarized in this part. On this basis, the evaluation system of tourist satisfaction of free and open urban parks in this study is built on this basis, followed by questionnaire design and questionnaire survey; finally, the selection of sample parks is studied. The selection principle of this research sample park is through the free city park in Taiyuan. The main functions are classified and combined with the classification system of urban parks in China and the administrative division of Taiyuan. The fourth part is a case study. This part is to evaluate and study the satisfaction of tourists in the garden as an example of the free open park in Taiyuan. It is the practical use of the evaluation system. The socio statistical characteristics of tourists in the garden are analyzed. Secondly, in order to ensure the scientificity and reliability of the questionnaire data, SPSS17.0 software is used to analyze the reliability of the survey data. Third is to determine the weight of the evaluation index factors in the free park evaluation system, and the fourth is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the data. The total satisfaction of tourists in Taiyuan free park and the value of tourist satisfaction of various index factors. The fifth part is the analysis and Development Countermeasures of the tourist satisfaction evaluation results of free open park in Taiyuan, including the analysis of the standard level and the degree of satisfaction of each index factor, and the overall satisfaction of tourists and the index factors. The correlation analysis, the IPA analysis of the index factor, through the analysis of the existing problems in the facilities, management and service of the free park in Taiyuan. Finally, in view of the existing problems of the free park in Taiyuan, it puts forward the countermeasures to improve and develop the existing problems. The sixth part is the conclusion and the prospect, through the main research conclusions of this article. Summarize, explain the innovation of this article, point out the inadequacies and look forward to follow-up research.
