【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展及人們生活水平的提高，吉林省果蔬市場呈現(xiàn)出供需兩旺的繁榮局面。然而，作為銜接果蔬供需的中間環(huán)節(jié)，，吉林省果蔬物流卻存在物流成本高、服務(wù)水平低、果蔬品質(zhì)難以保障等諸多問題亟待解決。因此，準(zhǔn)確評價(jià)吉林省果蔬物流整體發(fā)展水平，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合物流管理理論和先進(jìn)地區(qū)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出吉林省果蔬物流發(fā)展對策具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文將物流管理前沿理論與吉林省果蔬物流發(fā)展實(shí)際相結(jié)合，重點(diǎn)探討了對吉林省果蔬物流整體發(fā)展和要素水平的綜合評價(jià)問題。首先，通過分析國內(nèi)外果蔬物流的研究成果，綜合果蔬物流的相關(guān)理論，對果蔬物流的概念進(jìn)行了界定。其次，在充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，對吉林省果蔬物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和主要問題進(jìn)行分析。再次，參考吉林省果蔬物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合物流理論，建立綜合、全面的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并運(yùn)用ANP方法，對吉林省果蔬物流整體發(fā)展情況及關(guān)鍵要素水平進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。最后，根據(jù)綜合評價(jià)結(jié)果，借鑒先進(jìn)國家和地區(qū)果蔬物流發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出符合吉林省果蔬物流實(shí)際發(fā)展情況的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the market of fruit and vegetable in Jilin is booming. However, as the intermediate link between the supply and demand of fruit and vegetable, the logistics cost of fruit and vegetable in Jilin province is high, the service level is low, and the quality of fruit and vegetable is difficult to be guaranteed. On the basis of the logistics management theory and the advanced regional development experience, it has theoretical and practical significance on the basis of the logistics management theory and advanced regional development experience on the basis of the overall development level of the logistics of fruit and vegetable in Jilin province.
This paper combines the frontier theory of logistics management and the reality of the development of fruit and vegetable logistics in Jilin Province, and focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of the overall development of the fruit and vegetable logistics in Jilin province and the factor level. First, the concept of fruit and vegetable logistics is defined by analyzing the results of the research on the logistics of fruits and vegetables at home and abroad and integrating the theory of the logistics of fruits and vegetables. Secondly, on the basis of full investigation, the development status and main problems of fruit and vegetable logistics in Jilin province are analyzed. Again, referring to the current situation of the logistics development of fruit and vegetable in Jilin Province, combining the logistics theory, establishing comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation index system, and using the ANP method, the overall development of fruit and vegetable logistics in Jilin province and the level of key factors are carried out. In the end, based on the comprehensive evaluation results and drawing on the experience of the development of fruit and vegetable logistics in advanced countries and regions, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in accordance with the actual development of the logistics of fruit and vegetable in Jilin.
