【摘要】：第一次世界大戰(zhàn)的爆發(fā)為英國女性創(chuàng)造了史無前例的就業(yè)機會，女工大規(guī)模進入工廠，做起了男工的工作。在各個行業(yè)都出現(xiàn)了女性的身影，尤其是軍工行業(yè)，在這些行業(yè)中女性發(fā)揮聰明才智，在后方開始了一場沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)爭。雖然在戰(zhàn)后大量女工被迫離開了工作崗位，但是她們?yōu)閼?zhàn)爭的勝利做出了杰出的貢獻。本論文對一戰(zhàn)中英國軍工廠女工就業(yè)問題的背景、狀況和影響作了探討和論述。 文章分為三個部分，緒論、正文和結(jié)語。緒論主要介紹了選題的意義、研究思路、文章的結(jié)構(gòu)、研究現(xiàn)狀。 正文分為三個部分。第一章主要圍繞一戰(zhàn)前英國女性的就業(yè)情況加以闡述。第二章從軍工廠女工的工作及生活兩個方面展開論述。主要從女工在軍工廠中從事的工作種類、薪水、福利待遇、中產(chǎn)階級女性在軍工廠的工作，，政府對軍工廠女工的政策制定等方面介紹軍工廠女工的工作情況。第三章分析了四年軍工廠工作經(jīng)歷對英國女性地位的影響。雖然一戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后女工大量被迫離開軍工廠，但女性的權(quán)利已得到很大的提升，男性對女性的態(tài)度變得友善，女性自身地位改善，政府對各種女性福利制度進一步完善等。 結(jié)語部分對文章進行總結(jié)，強調(diào)女工在軍工廠中的工作的重大意義。軍工廠女工頂著社會各個方面的壓力，通過在本屬于男性的行業(yè)中努力工作證明了自己的實力，實現(xiàn)了自身的價值。雖然在一戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，為了安排大量復(fù)員的士兵再一次將女工排擠出“男性行業(yè)”，但是一戰(zhàn)后女性的就業(yè)形式不可逆轉(zhuǎn)，歷史的車輪也不會再一次倒退。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of World War I created unprecedented employment for British women, with women entering factories on a large scale and working as men. There are women in every industry, especially in the military industry, where women are smart enough to start a war without gunsmoke in the rear. Although a large number of women were forced to leave their jobs after the war, they made outstanding contributions to the victory of the war. In this paper, the background, status and influence of the employment of British military factory workers in World War I are discussed. The article is divided into three parts, introduction, text and conclusion. Introduction mainly introduces the significance of the topic, research ideas, the structure of the article, research status. The text is divided into three parts. The first chapter focuses on the employment of British women before the first World War. The second chapter discusses the work and life of female workers in military factories. This paper mainly introduces the working conditions of female workers in military factories from the aspects of the types of work, salaries, welfare benefits, the work of middle-class women in military factories, and the government's policy making of women workers in military factories. The third chapter analyzes the impact of four years of military factory work experience on the status of women in Britain. Although women workers were forced to leave the military factory after World War I, women's rights have been greatly improved, men's attitudes towards women have become friendly, women's own status has improved, and the government has further improved the various women's welfare systems, and so on. The conclusion summarizes the article and emphasizes the great significance of the work of female workers in military factories. Under the pressure of all aspects of society, women workers in military factories have proved their strength and realized their own value by working hard in an industry that belongs to men. Although after the end of World War I, women workers were again pushed out of the "male sector" in order to arrange for a large number of demobilized soldiers, the forms of employment of women after the first World War were irreversible and the wheels of history would not go backwards again.
