【摘要】：基于DEA-Tobit模型和2000~2010年面板數(shù)據(jù),測(cè)度了17個(gè)國(guó)家研發(fā)類FDI的績(jī)效,并對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,結(jié)論顯示:各國(guó)吸收利用研發(fā)類FDI的能力得到了提升,其中技術(shù)水平進(jìn)步是促進(jìn)TFP增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿?中國(guó)利用研發(fā)類FDI績(jī)效在17個(gè)國(guó)家中排在第三位,但考察期內(nèi)的TFP均值僅為0.998,低于1.022的平均水平,其TFP呈下降趨勢(shì)主要由規(guī)模效率變化呈現(xiàn)年均0.2%的下降引致;市場(chǎng)開放程度與利用研發(fā)類FDI績(jī)效之間存在顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,是影響各國(guó)利用研發(fā)類FDI績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Based on DEA-Tobit model and panel data from 2000 to 2010, this paper measures the performance of R & D FDI in 17 countries, and makes an empirical study on its influencing factors. The conclusion is that the ability of absorbing and utilizing R & D FDI has been improved. Among them, technological progress is the main driving force to promote TFP growth. China ranks third among 17 countries in the performance of R & D FDI, but the average of TFP in the period under investigation is only 0.998, which is below the average level of 1.022. The decreasing trend of TFP is mainly caused by the average annual decrease of 0.2% in scale efficiency, and there is a significant positive correlation between the market opening degree and the performance of R & D FDI, which is the key factor affecting the performance of R & D FDI in various countries.
