循環(huán)取貨在快遞行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)的興起,我國的快遞業(yè)如雨后春筍般蓬勃發(fā)展。我國的快遞業(yè)相較于國外起步晚、發(fā)展快,但伴隨著快速的發(fā)展,也呈現(xiàn)出許多問題。循環(huán)取貨作為一種新型的物流供貨模式在汽車零部件入廠物流取得成功實(shí)踐,也因此受到越來越多的學(xué)者關(guān)注和研究。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于循環(huán)取貨模式已經(jīng)開展了廣泛的應(yīng)用研究,但由于各種原因,國內(nèi)企業(yè)成功實(shí)施循環(huán)取貨模式的案例不是很多,并且局限于汽車行業(yè)零部件入廠物流。因此,本文創(chuàng)新性的將循環(huán)取貨模式引入到快遞行業(yè)中,著重對(duì)信息化建設(shè)、包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、路徑規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究,解決循環(huán)取貨在應(yīng)用于快遞行業(yè)中遇到這三方面的問題。本文通過定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)循環(huán)取貨如何在快遞業(yè)中取得應(yīng)有的應(yīng)用成效進(jìn)行探討和驗(yàn)證。 本文首先分析了國內(nèi)快遞業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并深入研究了循環(huán)取貨理論,將循環(huán)取貨應(yīng)用到快遞業(yè)中。并通過各流程分析提出存在的問題,針對(duì)存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。提出企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的框架,,并通過“云計(jì)算”等對(duì)策建議解決中小快遞企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中資金不足等問題;針對(duì)循環(huán)取貨作業(yè)流程需要提出包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重要性,通過采用“快遞集裝箱”實(shí)現(xiàn)快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)輸中的包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,提高快遞循環(huán)取貨的效率;通過建立快遞業(yè)循環(huán)取貨模型進(jìn)行路徑規(guī)劃及優(yōu)化,有效降低運(yùn)輸成本,并通過算例分析驗(yàn)證模型及算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rise of e-commerce, the express delivery industry in China is booming. Compared with foreign countries, China's express delivery industry started late and developed rapidly, but with the rapid development, it also presents many problems. As a new type of logistics supply mode, recycling goods has been successfully applied in the entry logistics of automobile parts, which has been paid more and more attention and research by more and more scholars. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a wide range of research on the recycling mode, but due to various reasons, there are not many cases of domestic enterprises successfully implementing the recycling mode, and limited to the automobile industry parts inbound logistics. Therefore, this paper innovatively introduces the recycling delivery mode into express delivery industry, focusing on the information construction, packaging standardization, path planning, to solve the circular goods in the express industry in the application of these three problems. This paper discusses and verifies how to obtain the proper application effect in express delivery industry by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic express delivery industry, and deeply studies the theory of recycling goods, and applies it to express delivery industry. The existing problems are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Put forward the framework of enterprise information system construction, and solve the problem of lack of funds in the construction of information system of small and medium-sized express delivery enterprises through "cloud computing" and other countermeasures, and put forward the importance of packaging standardization in view of the process of recycling and picking up goods. By using "express container" to realize the packaging standardization in express transportation, to improve the efficiency of express circulation, and to reduce the transportation cost effectively by establishing the circular delivery model of express delivery industry for route planning and optimization. The validity of the model and algorithm is verified by an example.
