【摘要】：伴隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展與城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加深,我國(guó)出現(xiàn)了大批的農(nóng)民進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員,農(nóng)民工群體的數(shù)量極為龐大,因而有關(guān)農(nóng)民工的各方面問(wèn)題也時(shí)刻受到社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。并且,近年來(lái),由于人口結(jié)構(gòu)、社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)等因素的不斷變革,新生代農(nóng)民工占外出農(nóng)民工的六成以上,在城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮著主力軍作用。 新生代農(nóng)民工已成進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員的主力軍,其就業(yè)發(fā)展形勢(shì)具有新的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)與趨勢(shì)。作為城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主力軍,他們有著強(qiáng)烈的提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量的愿望。很多研究都表明,新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀。作為實(shí)現(xiàn)包容性增長(zhǎng)的要求,作為拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需的有效途徑,作為避免“中等收入陷阱”的關(guān)鍵,作為挖掘第一次人口紅利的重要渠道,提升新生代農(nóng)民工的就業(yè)質(zhì)量尤為關(guān)鍵。 文章首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)近些年關(guān)于農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,并做了簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述；然后介紹了本文所采用的研究方法以及寫(xiě)作的框架。通過(guò)闡述相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),為研究和分析農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題作了鋪墊。對(duì)就業(yè)質(zhì)量的概念、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及影響因素進(jìn)行綜述及述評(píng)的基礎(chǔ)上,為新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。文章從就業(yè)環(huán)境、就業(yè)能力、就業(yè)狀況、勞動(dòng)者報(bào)酬、社會(huì)保護(hù)、勞動(dòng)關(guān)系這六個(gè)方面為評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量就行系統(tǒng)的分析和研究,從而在此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,尋找問(wèn)題的切入點(diǎn),最后尋求解決的辦法。希望本文研究的內(nèi)容能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)理論研究提供一定的參考意見(jiàn),從而為新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)質(zhì)量的提高盡自己的一份力量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy and the deepening of the urbanization process, a large number of migrant workers have appeared in our country, and the number of migrant workers is extremely large. As a result, all aspects of migrant workers are always concerned by all walks of life. In recent years, due to the continuous changes of population structure, social structure and other factors, the new generation of migrant workers account for more than 60% of migrant workers, and play a major role in urban construction and economic development. The new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of migrant workers in cities, its employment development situation has new characteristics and trends of the times. As the main force of urban construction and economic development, they have a strong desire to improve the quality of employment. Many studies show that the new generation of migrant workers employment quality is not optimistic. As the requirement to realize inclusive growth, as an effective way to stimulate domestic demand, as the key to avoid the "middle income trap" and as an important channel to excavate the first demographic dividend, it is particularly crucial to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper firstly reviews the status quo of the research on the employment quality of migrant workers in China in recent years, and then introduces the research methods and the frame of writing. Through expounding the relevant theoretical basis, it paves the way for the research and analysis of the employment quality of migrant workers. On the basis of summarizing and reviewing the concept, evaluation index and influencing factors of employment quality, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems of the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers from the following six aspects: employment environment, employability, employment status, workers' remuneration, social protection and labor relations. On the basis of this standard, we can find the problem, find the starting point of the problem, and finally find the solution. Hope that the content of this study can provide some reference for the relevant theoretical research, so as to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers to do their part.
