【摘要】：隨著生產力的不斷發(fā)展和國內外市場競爭的加劇,物流在生產和經濟中占據越來越重要的地位,企業(yè)物流戰(zhàn)略更關注于配送中心如何高效、安全、經濟、低成本的運營。物流配送中心的核心競爭力情況受到各種各樣的異常情況的影響,所以如何及時發(fā)現并有效處理異常情況是提升效率、保證安全的關鍵。本文針對配送中心面對的異常情況,以提高效率為目標,探討了異常情況處理機制模型與方法。具體來講,主要做出了以下四個方面的研究與應用： (1)提出了配送中心異常情況處理機制的原理 從物流配送中心效率的角度出發(fā),按照系統(tǒng)工程理論與方法,提出了配送中心異常情況處理機制,以物流作業(yè)流程為基礎,以信息處理為支撐分析研究配送中心作業(yè)流程異常情況,提出合理有效的解決方案,提高物流配送中心作業(yè)效率。 (2)構建了異常情況處理模型(AHLD) 基于異常情況處理機制,按照系統(tǒng)工程原理的系統(tǒng)模型,提出作業(yè)過程、信息過程和異常解決過程三個層面的物流配送中心作業(yè)異常情況處理模型(AHLD),實現系統(tǒng)的解決作業(yè)異常情況。 (3)提出了信息資源處理過程的REPF模式 針對物流配送中心作業(yè)流程的挖掘和利用,提出了信息資源處理過程的REPF模式,分析了其原理,通過實時跟蹤、評價判定、發(fā)現問題、反饋調整四個方面,展開物流信息處理的論述,實現對配送中心作業(yè)異常情況的采集、傳遞、監(jiān)控、評價和預警等一體化、集成化的系統(tǒng)分析。 (4)提出了異常情況解決過程的“2+1”模式 異常情況解決過程的“2+1”模式由全面的可視管理、基于案例庫的異常解決系統(tǒng)兩種解決辦法和一套保障支持組成,以保障物流配送中心安全、高效、平穩(wěn)地運作。 此外,論文還以實際項目為依托,將提出的理論和方法與實際結合,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of productivity and the intensification of market competition at home and abroad , the logistics plays a more and more important role in the production and economy .

( 1 ) The principle of processing mechanism of abnormal situation of distribution center is put forward

From the point of efficiency of logistics distribution center , according to system engineering theory and method , the processing mechanism of abnormal situation of distribution center is put forward , based on logistics operation flow , information processing is used as support analysis to study the abnormal situation of operation flow of distribution center , and a reasonable and effective solution is put forward to improve the operation efficiency of logistics distribution center .

( 2 ) An Exception Handling Model ( AHLD ) is constructed .

Based on the exception condition processing mechanism , according to the system model of system engineering principle , this paper puts forward three aspects of logistics distribution center operation abnormal situation processing model ( AHLD ) in operation process , information process and abnormal solution process , and realizes system solving operation abnormal situation .

( 3 ) The REPF mode of information resource processing is put forward .

Aiming at the mining and utilization of the operation flow of logistics distribution center , the REPF mode of information resource processing is put forward , its principle is analyzed , and four aspects such as real - time tracking , evaluation decision , discovery problem and feedback adjustment are analyzed , and the integrated and integrated system analysis of collecting , transmitting , monitoring , evaluating and early warning of abnormal situation of distribution center is realized .

( 4 ) The " 2 + 1 " mode of the abnormal situation resolution process is put forward

The " 2 + 1 " mode of the abnormal situation solving process consists of comprehensive visual management , two solutions based on the exception settlement system of the case base and a set of support support , so as to ensure the safety , efficiency and smooth operation of the logistics distribution center .

In addition , based on the practical project , the thesis combines the theory and method with the actual project , and achieves a good effect .
