【摘要】：隨著改革開放的深入和市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，我國經(jīng)濟無論是總量還是增長速度都實現(xiàn)了巨大騰飛，，被稱為“中國奇跡”。就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)作為宏觀經(jīng)濟中的重要問題，能否解決好不僅關(guān)系到資源的合理利用問題而且關(guān)系到社會的穩(wěn)定以及經(jīng)濟的長期發(fā)展。由于人口、歷史和地理等原因，我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的區(qū)域效應(yīng)比較明顯，呈現(xiàn)出東、中、西部地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡現(xiàn)象，不同的區(qū)域就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也存在較大差異。從就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動的角度分析我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的增長，對于理解區(qū)域經(jīng)濟具有重要作用。經(jīng)濟增長一個重要方面就是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級，上世紀(jì)七十年代錢納里通過分析得出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變要提前于就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變，由此可以得出就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)比三大產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值更真實的反映實際的經(jīng)濟增長。本文新做的有價值的工作主要是撇開其他影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長速度的因素，從動態(tài)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動角度的分析了我國東、中、西部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟增長差異。 論文包括七個部分：第一部分，緒論。該部分主要介紹本文的選題背景、意義，以及所采用的主要研究方法和作者所做的有價值的工作與存在的不足；第二部分，國內(nèi)外文獻綜述。該部分主要介紹了國內(nèi)和國外的學(xué)者關(guān)于就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟增長之間關(guān)系的理論與觀點；第三部分，東、中、西部地區(qū)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟增長的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。主要介紹了1990-2011年我國東、中、西部地區(qū)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟增長的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，并結(jié)合兩者的發(fā)展提出在不同地區(qū)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動對經(jīng)濟的增長產(chǎn)生了不同的影響；第四部分，就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的影響分析。首先從理論上分析就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟增長之間存在的關(guān)系，其次結(jié)合對我國東中西部地區(qū)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟增長的變動趨勢分析發(fā)現(xiàn)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長保持高度的一致性；第五部分，就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長影響的實證檢驗。本部分一方面對就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長影響進行了實證檢驗，另一方面詳細分析了就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長產(chǎn)生不同影響的原因進行了詳細分析；第六部分，政策建議。主要包括區(qū)域就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化政策和提升就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動對經(jīng)濟增長影響的政策建議；第七部分，總結(jié)全文。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of market economy, China's economy has achieved a huge take-off regardless of its total amount or growth rate, which is called the "Chinese miracle". As an important problem in macro economy, whether the employment structure can be solved well relates not only to the rational utilization of resources, but also to the stability of society and the long-term development of economy. Due to the reasons of population, history and geography, the regional effect of China's economic development is obvious, showing the imbalance of development in the east, middle and west regions, and the difference of employment structure in different regions. Analyzing the growth of regional economy from the point of view of the change of employment structure plays an important role in understanding regional economy. An important aspect of economic growth is the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. Through analysis in the 1970s, Chennari concluded that the transformation of the industrial structure should be ahead of that of the employment structure. It can be concluded that the employment structure reflects the actual economic growth more truthfully than the output value of the three major industries. The new valuable work of this paper is to put aside other factors that affect the growth rate of regional economy and analyze the difference of economic growth in the east, middle and west regions of China from the angle of dynamic employment structure change. The paper includes seven parts: the first part, introduction. This part mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper, as well as the main research methods used and the valuable work done by the author and the shortcomings; the second part, the literature review at home and abroad. This part mainly introduces the theories and viewpoints of domestic and foreign scholars on the relationship between employment structure and economic growth, the third part, the development of employment structure and economic growth in the east, middle and west regions. This paper mainly introduces the development of employment structure and economic growth in eastern, central and western regions of China from 1990 to 2011, and puts forward that the changes of employment structure in different regions have different effects on economic growth. Analysis of the influence of the change of Employment structure on Regional Economic growth. First of all, the relationship between employment structure and economic growth is analyzed theoretically. Secondly, combining with the trend analysis of employment structure and economic growth in the eastern, western and western regions of China, it is found that the change of employment structure and regional economic growth maintain a high degree of consistency; part five, The empirical test of the effect of the change of employment structure on regional economic growth. On the one hand, this part has carried on the empirical test to the employment structure change and the regional economic growth influence, on the other hand has analyzed in detail the reason which the employment structure has the different influence to our country's regional economic growth; the sixth part has carried on the detailed analysis. Policy recommendations It mainly includes the policy suggestions of optimizing the regional employment structure and promoting the influence of the change of the employment structure on the economic growth; the seventh part summarizes the full text.
