【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷發(fā)展的今天,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,人力資源管理在企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中亦扮演著日趨重要的角色,是企業(yè)前進(jìn)的不竭動(dòng)力源泉之一?(jī)效管理作為人力資源管理中不容小覷的一部分,,成為國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多專家學(xué)者的研究重點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前,國(guó)內(nèi)外供水企業(yè)的績(jī)效管理體系有了很大的發(fā)展,國(guó)外學(xué)者關(guān)于績(jī)效管理的研究主要是其體系評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)選取、評(píng)價(jià)方法的改善和評(píng)價(jià)體系建構(gòu);然而我國(guó)自來(lái)水行業(yè)對(duì)績(jī)效管理的應(yīng)用研究仍然處于探索階段,能夠借鑒和參考的研究成果較少。 筆者在工作的實(shí)踐中,發(fā)現(xiàn)Q市自來(lái)水公司人力資源管理方面能根據(jù)工作需要合理安排崗位,公開招聘、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗,重視員工培訓(xùn)等,其績(jī)效管理在該公司正處于從初步建立到逐步完善的階段。但是隨著公司的發(fā)展壯大,員工績(jī)效管理方面也不斷暴露出一些問(wèn)題,在一定程度上制約了員工工作積極性,弱化公司經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。Q市自來(lái)水公司績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀及如何建立基于KPI的績(jī)效管理是本文的撰寫重點(diǎn)。 本文主要分為三大部分:第一部分是在確定本文的選題背景及意義的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建文章的研究目標(biāo)及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);通過(guò)閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),對(duì)績(jī)效管理進(jìn)行了理論綜述。第二部分是在了解Q市自來(lái)水公司的概況基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)發(fā)放問(wèn)卷,調(diào)查了解Q市自來(lái)水公司目前的績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀,并分析其現(xiàn)狀形成的原因;通過(guò)績(jī)效現(xiàn)狀的分析及該企業(yè)當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀構(gòu)建基于KPI的績(jī)效管理方法,提出能夠提升該公司績(jī)效管理措施。在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方面,基于184份有效問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)橫向及縱向的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析,用數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)說(shuō)明當(dāng)前的績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)狀。在建立基于KPI的績(jī)效管理方法方面,通過(guò)層層解析不同層級(jí)間的KPI流程設(shè)計(jì)及考核方式,并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,分析實(shí)施績(jī)效管理KPI指標(biāo)體系的保障措施及應(yīng)用。第三部分則是本文的研究結(jié)論與展望。 本文的選題及研究?jī)?nèi)容具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,不僅豐富了我國(guó)在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究,也對(duì)自來(lái)水等類似行業(yè)的績(jī)效管理有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the economic globalization today, more intense competition among enterprises, human resource management plays a more and more important role in the enterprise competition, is the inexhaustible source of power of the enterprise forward. Performance management as a human resources management should not be underestimated in part, become a research focus of many experts and scholars. At present, the domestic and foreign water supply enterprise performance management system has made great progress in research on performance management of foreign scholars mainly select the evaluation index system construction, improve evaluation methods and evaluation system; however, application of tap water industry on performance management is still in the exploratory stage, the lack of research results can reference.
The author in the practice, found that the human resources management of Q city tap water company to arrange the job, according to the needs of the work of open recruitment, competition, emphasis on staff training, performance management is from the initial establishment to gradually perfect stage in the company. But with the development of the company, employee performance management we also exposed some problems, to a certain extent restrict the working enthusiasm of the staff, the weakening of the status of performance management of.Q company economic benefits of tap water company and how to establish the performance management based on KPI is the key of this article.
This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the basis of the background and significance of this paper on the research and innovation of the target construction; by reading the literature at home and abroad on the performance management theory is summarized. The second part is the overview of Q based city tap water company, through the questionnaire survey. To understand the current situation of performance management in Q city tap water company at present, and analyzes the status quo of; through the analysis of the current situation and performance of the enterprise's current situation to construct the performance management method based on KPI is proposed to improve the company performance management measures. In the questionnaire, 184 valid questionnaires based on through the comparison of horizontal and vertical analysis of the data, use the data to illustrate the current situation of performance management. In the establishment of performance management method based on KPI, through the layers of analysis between different levels of the KPI process. Taking account of the assessment method, and according to the actual situation, we analyze the implementation of performance management KPI index system safeguard measures and applications. The third part is the research conclusion and prospect.
The topics and research contents in this paper have practical significance, which not only enrich our research in related fields, but also have some reference significance for performance management in similar industries such as tap water.
