高鐵對區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新協(xié)調(diào)的作用機(jī)制與效率分析

【摘要】:基于高鐵的基本特性,總結(jié)了高速鐵路對區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新過程的作用機(jī)制;基于"投入-產(chǎn)出"理論,構(gòu)建了高鐵作用力強(qiáng)度和密度指標(biāo),結(jié)合區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新指標(biāo)因子分析法,形成了DEA分析的投入和產(chǎn)出因子,對2012年高鐵作用下中國省域科技創(chuàng)新效率作出了判斷。研究表明,高鐵既是區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新的重要投入,也是區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新的重要產(chǎn)出。因此,在高鐵建設(shè)和發(fā)展過程中,應(yīng)結(jié)合區(qū)域科技發(fā)展需要進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃,并根據(jù)區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展結(jié)果,進(jìn)行高鐵設(shè)施和服務(wù)的配套升級。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic characteristics of high-speed railway, this paper summarizes the action mechanism of high-speed railway on the process of regional scientific and technological innovation, based on the theory of "input-output", constructs the strength and density index of high-speed rail, and combines the factor analysis method of regional scientific and technological innovation index.The input and output factors of DEA analysis are formed, and the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in China is judged under the action of high-speed rail in 2012.The research shows that high-speed rail is not only an important input of regional scientific and technological innovation, but also an important output of regional scientific and technological innovation.Therefore, in the process of construction and development of high-speed railway, it is necessary to carry out rational planning according to the needs of regional scientific and technological development, and to upgrade the facilities and services of high-speed rail according to the results of regional scientific and technological innovation and development.
