【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是以人為核心的城鎮(zhèn)化，，實現(xiàn)了農(nóng)民工市民化才算真正實現(xiàn)了城鎮(zhèn)化。在城鎮(zhèn)化進程中，我國農(nóng)民工群體轉(zhuǎn)而進入代際轉(zhuǎn)換的時代，新生代農(nóng)民工成為主力軍。他們的自主流動為國家消納了一大部分農(nóng)村剩余勞動力，促進了我們國家的城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)、社會發(fā)展，但他們同時又被戶籍制度、勞動力市場制度、社會保障制度等因素限制，不得不游離于城鄉(xiāng)的邊緣，很難真正適應(yīng)和融入城市生活。新生代農(nóng)民工市民化的有序推進，對于加快我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進程有重大意義。 本文對城鎮(zhèn)化進程中新生代農(nóng)民工的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)進行了概述，提出新生代農(nóng)民工具有較強的時代氣息、思維具有一定的發(fā)展性、在農(nóng)村與城市之間徘徊的邊緣性等特點。研究分析了英、美、日、韓等國家勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移的經(jīng)典模式，介紹了農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移的經(jīng)驗及教訓(xùn)并得出對我國市民化的啟示。重點對我國新生代農(nóng)民工市民化的就業(yè)、教育、收支、社會保障、文化娛樂現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，從制度因素和非制度因素兩個層面歸納了影響新生代農(nóng)民工市民化面臨的一些障礙因素，并運用SPSS20.0軟件對影響新生代農(nóng)民工的相關(guān)傾向因素進行了Person相關(guān)分析，構(gòu)建了Logistic模型。最后從政府、農(nóng)民工本身、社會環(huán)境三方面提出了促進新生代農(nóng)民工市民化相應(yīng)的對策建議，研究結(jié)論為相關(guān)部門在城鎮(zhèn)化進程制定促進新生代農(nóng)民工市民化的政策提供了理論參考，推動了以新生代農(nóng)民工市民化為重點的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the urbanization with people as the core, and only the realization of the urbanization of migrant workers can truly realize urbanization. In the process of urbanization, the group of migrant workers in our country has moved into the era of intergenerational transformation. The new generation of migrant workers has become the main force. Their independent mobility has absorbed a large part of the rural surplus labor force for the country, promoted the construction of cities and towns and social development in our country, but at the same time they have been subjected to the household registration system and the labor market system. With the restriction of social security system and other factors, it is difficult to adapt and integrate into urban life because of the restriction of social security system. It is of great significance to speed up the development of urbanization in China with the orderly promotion of the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of urbanization, and points out that the new generation of migrant workers have a strong atmosphere of the times, and their thinking has a certain degree of development. This paper analyzes the classical patterns of labor force transfer in Britain, the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries, such as the borderline between rural and urban areas. This paper introduces the experiences and lessons of the rural labor force transfer and draws the enlightenment to the urbanization of our country. It focuses on the analysis of the employment, education, income and expenditure, social security, cultural and entertainment status of the new generation of migrant workers in China. From two aspects of institutional factors and non-institutional factors, this paper sums up some obstacles that affect the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers, and makes a Person correlation analysis of the related tendency factors affecting the new generation of migrant workers by using SPSS20.0 software. Finally, from the government, migrant workers themselves, social environment three aspects of the promotion of the new generation of migrant workers to promote the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, The conclusions provide a theoretical reference for the relevant departments to formulate policies to promote the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of urbanization, and promote the urbanization construction which focuses on the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers.
