【摘要】：研究了舊城改造區(qū)中房屋被征收人的社區(qū)情感依附對征收受償意愿的影響,以期為房屋征收補(bǔ)償方案的改進(jìn)提供政策依據(jù)。研究表明:舊城改造中被征收人對房屋賦予很高的社區(qū)情感,并作為主觀價值體現(xiàn)在被征收人的受償意愿上;就地或就近安置是被征收人最愿意接受的實物補(bǔ)償方式;居住超過20年的業(yè)主對社區(qū)的情感依附尤為明顯,但是其社區(qū)情感依附并不一定會影響征收意愿。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the influence of the community emotional attachment of the house expropriated in the old city reconstruction area on the willingness to levy compensation. In order to provide policy basis for the improvement of the housing expropriation compensation scheme, the study shows that: the expropriated person gives high community emotion to the house in the old city reconstruction, and the subjective value is reflected in the expropriated person's willingness to be compensated; Local or nearby settlement is the most willing to accept the physical compensation; the emotional attachment to the community is particularly obvious for the owners who live for more than 20 years, but the emotional attachment of the community does not necessarily affect the intention of expropriation.
