【摘要】：能源統(tǒng)計(jì)核算一直是能源工作和能源政策制定的關(guān)鍵步驟。文章從熱力學(xué)第二定律的角度出發(fā),提出了基于能源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的能源統(tǒng)計(jì)核算方法。該方法一方面從能源的"量"和"質(zhì)"上實(shí)現(xiàn)各行業(yè)不同品種能源需求量與供應(yīng)量的統(tǒng)計(jì)核算,另一方面結(jié)合了當(dāng)前的技術(shù)水平和行業(yè)用能特征,使得能源統(tǒng)計(jì)核算更貼近實(shí)際。
[Abstract]:Energy statistics accounting has always been a key step in energy work and energy policy formulation. This paper presents an energy statistics accounting method based on energy structure adjustment. On the one hand, the method realizes the statistical accounting of energy demand and supply of different kinds of energy from the aspects of energy quantity and quality. On the other hand, combined with the current technology level and the characteristics of energy use, energy statistics and accounting is closer to reality.
