【摘要】：近年來,我國發(fā)電設備市場高速增長,許多國內大型的發(fā)電設備制造企業(yè)生產能力不斷增強。但是,發(fā)電設備生產涉及到的物料有幾千種,與美國通用電氣、德國西門子等企業(yè)相比,我國發(fā)電設備企業(yè)的庫存管理水平仍有很大提升空間。如何通過分析庫存原因、挖掘有效管理方法,提高企業(yè)的庫存管理水平和盈利能力,增強企業(yè)的市場競爭力,是目前制造企業(yè)需要解決的迫切問題。本文在總結庫存管理的理論知識基礎上,結合A公司的物料管理現(xiàn)狀,提出了一整套原材料庫存管理的解決方案,對于其發(fā)電設備生產制造有一定的借鑒意義。論文主要工作如下： 1、論文結合當前的研究背景,闡述了庫存管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在對DELL原材料管理模式和A公司進行了對比分析之后,建立了本論文研究的主要框架,為后續(xù)研究奠定了理論基礎。 2、分析了A公司原材料庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀,包括物料管理部的組織結構、相關職責、業(yè)務流程、與其它部門的業(yè)務聯(lián)系。提出A公司在原材料庫存管理中存在的問題,并對于其形成原因進行了分析。 3、針對原材料庫存管理問題,提出用ABC法對原材料進行分類,對原材料實行分類管理,并計算出原材料的安全庫存量及訂貨點,使得對原材料的管理更有針對性,進而達到提高庫存管理水平,降低原材料庫存成本的目標。 4、論文針對A公司庫存管理分析結果,在提出的改進策略基礎上,提出了相應的庫存改進輔助措施,給出了相關的實施保障措施。 論文的研究對于其他制造企業(yè)庫存管理實踐有一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the power generation equipment market in China has grown rapidly, and the production capacity of many large domestic power generation equipment manufacturers has been continuously enhanced. However, there are several thousand kinds of materials involved in the production of power generation equipment, which are similar to those of General Electric of the United States. Compared with Siemens and other enterprises in Germany, there is still much room for improvement in the level of inventory management of power generation equipment enterprises in our country. How to improve the level of inventory management and profitability of enterprises by analyzing the reasons of inventory and mining effective management methods, It is an urgent problem for manufacturing enterprises to improve their market competitiveness at present. Based on the theoretical knowledge of inventory management, this paper combines the current situation of material management in A Company. A set of solutions of raw material inventory management is put forward, which can be used for reference in the production and manufacture of power generation equipment. The main work of this paper is as follows:. 1. Combining with the current research background, this paper expounds the current situation of inventory management. After comparative analysis of DELL raw material management mode and A company, the main frame of this paper is established, which lays a theoretical foundation for further research. 2. The current situation of raw material inventory management in company A is analyzed, including the organizational structure, related responsibilities, business process and business relationship with other departments of material management department. The problems in raw material inventory management of company A are put forward. The causes of its formation are analyzed. 3. Aiming at the problem of raw material inventory management, this paper proposes to classify the raw material by ABC method, and to calculate the safety stock and order point of raw material, which makes the management of raw material more targeted. Then achieve the goal of improving inventory management level and reducing raw material inventory cost. 4. According to the analysis result of A company's inventory management, the paper puts forward the corresponding assistant measures of inventory improvement and puts forward the relevant implementation guarantee measures on the basis of the improvement strategy put forward. The research of this paper can be used as a reference for other manufacturing enterprises in inventory management practice.
