【摘要】:當(dāng)前,房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)市場的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r不僅關(guān)乎社會穩(wěn)定和金融安全,更關(guān)系到國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的正常運(yùn)行。房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)業(yè)在蓬勃發(fā)展的同時也面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn)和困境。品牌效應(yīng)、經(jīng)營水平、產(chǎn)品本身的品質(zhì)愈加構(gòu)成房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)贏得競爭的關(guān)鍵因素。面對風(fēng)雨交加的發(fā)展環(huán)境,眾多大型房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)開始意識到通過調(diào)整自身發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、尋找新的發(fā)展機(jī)會、制定更加有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略在競爭市場中贏得立足之地。在此背景下,本文應(yīng)用發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理論知識,以X房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司為研究主體,探討X地產(chǎn)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的方案和保障措施。X地產(chǎn)屬于國有企業(yè),長期以來,X房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司對發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略不夠重視,在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面存在諸多問題。由此,本文在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀和問題,綜合運(yùn)用案例分析法和企業(yè)調(diào)研法,提出了切合公司實際的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案。本研究旨在促進(jìn)X地產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的科學(xué)化,也為相關(guān)企業(yè)提供借鑒和參考。本文共分為五個個部分。第一部分介紹了研究背景、文獻(xiàn)綜述和相關(guān)信息。第二部分分析了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀和問題。第三部分分析了X地產(chǎn)公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,應(yīng)用SWOT分析工具制定了總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第四部分設(shè)計了X地產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方案,并提供了保障方案順利實施的措施。第五部分總結(jié)全文,并指出了研究的局限性。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of real estate development market is not only related to social stability and financial security, but also related to the normal operation of the national economy. The management level and the quality of the products themselves are increasingly the key factors for the real estate enterprises to win the competition. Facing the vicissitudes of the development environment, many large real estate enterprises are beginning to realize that by adjusting their own development strategies, they are looking for new development opportunities. Under this background, this paper applies the theory knowledge of development strategy, taking X Real Estate Development Company as the main body of research. This paper probes into the plan and safeguard measures of the development strategy of X real estate company. X real estate belongs to the state-owned enterprise. For a long time, the X real estate development company has not paid enough attention to the development strategy, and there are many problems in the development strategy. On the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the company's development strategy, and synthetically applies the case analysis method and the enterprise investigation method. The purpose of this study is to promote the scientific development strategy of X real estate, and to provide reference and reference for related enterprises. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background. The second part analyzes the current situation and problems of the company's development strategy. The third part analyzes the internal and external environment of X real estate company. The overall development strategy is worked out by using the SWOT analysis tool. Part 4th designs the X real estate development strategy scheme, and provides the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan. Part 5th summarizes the full text and points out the limitations of the research.
