民營快遞企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)績效評估研究

【摘要】:隨著電子商務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展,我國民營快遞企業(yè)同時(shí)面臨著高速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇及新時(shí)期的挑戰(zhàn)。在當(dāng)今這個(gè)信息改變經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代,企業(yè)的成敗則取決于對信息、數(shù)據(jù)處理和應(yīng)用能力的強(qiáng)弱,各個(gè)企業(yè)能否有效的管理好自身的信息資源至關(guān)重要,對于民營快遞企業(yè)而言建立完善高效的信息系統(tǒng)將是企業(yè)制勝的關(guān)鍵。本文主要從績效評估的角度出發(fā),通過以J民營快遞企業(yè)為例,在對企業(yè)的信息系統(tǒng)績效評估的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合訪談?wù){(diào)查,提出針對性的改進(jìn)和完善意見,得到一個(gè)更合理更有效率的信息系統(tǒng),也為其他民營快遞企業(yè)的信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提供借鑒。 首先,闡述我國民營快遞企業(yè)及其信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀特征,通過對國內(nèi)外信息系統(tǒng)績效評估研究的文獻(xiàn)閱讀,對民營快遞企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)績效評估指標(biāo)因素進(jìn)行研究,提出企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)績效評估的二級指標(biāo)體系。經(jīng)問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查和SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)因素分析確定民營快遞企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)績效評估指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用該指標(biāo)體系及模糊綜合評判法進(jìn)行J民營快遞企業(yè)的信息系統(tǒng)績效評估,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中與業(yè)務(wù)流程的契合性、系統(tǒng)外部擴(kuò)展兼容性能、員工的滿意度及企業(yè)知名度建設(shè)中績效評估結(jié)果較差。 再通過企業(yè)訪談?wù){(diào)查設(shè)計(jì)對J企業(yè)績效評估的結(jié)果進(jìn)行變向的驗(yàn)證并找出原因。J企業(yè)在企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)前期的遺留問題及企業(yè)信息建設(shè)中對員工相關(guān)活動和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的忽視導(dǎo)致評估結(jié)果較差。最后綜合文獻(xiàn)閱讀及企業(yè)經(jīng)理人看法對企業(yè)的信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)及管理提出相關(guān)的改進(jìn)完善建議,為J企業(yè)及其他民營快遞企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the private express delivery enterprises in our country are facing the opportunity of rapid development and the challenge of the new period at the same time. In this era of information changing economy, the success or failure of enterprises depends on the information. With the strength of data processing and application ability, it is very important for each enterprise to manage its own information resources effectively. For private express enterprises, it will be the key to establish a perfect and efficient information system. This paper mainly from the perspective of performance evaluation, through J private express enterprises as an example, on the basis of enterprise information system performance evaluation, Combining with the interview investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve and perfect the information system, and obtains a more reasonable and efficient information system. It also provides reference for the construction of information system of other private express delivery enterprises. First of all, this paper expounds the current characteristics of private express enterprises and their information system construction, through reading the literature of information system performance evaluation research at home and abroad, to private express enterprises information system performance evaluation index factors are studied. The second level index system of enterprise information system performance evaluation is put forward, and the index system of private express enterprise information system performance evaluation is determined by questionnaire statistical investigation and SPSS statistical factor analysis. Using the index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of information system in J private express delivery enterprises, it is found that the construction of enterprise information system is consistent with the business process, and the external expansion compatibility of the system. Employee satisfaction and corporate reputation in the construction of performance evaluation results are poor. Then through the enterprise interview investigation design to the J enterprise performance appraisal result to carry on the change of direction verification and to find out the reason. J enterprise in the enterprise information system construction early period the legacy question and the enterprise information construction related activity to the employee; The neglect of corporate culture construction results in poor evaluation results. Finally, comprehensive literature reading and enterprise managers' views on enterprise information system construction and management put forward relevant suggestions for improvement and improvement. J for the development of enterprises and other private express delivery enterprises to provide reference significance.
