[Abstract]:On August 28th 2015, it was a landmark day in the history of Zigui's development. The long-awaited Xiangxi Changjiang River Highway Bridge officially began construction, marking a century-old dream of the Zigui people will come true. The construction of the Xiangxi Yangtze River Highway Bridge has spawned a new mode of cooperation between the government and social capital, and also opened the way for the province to use the PPP model to build public infrastructure.
