【摘要】：正2015年8月28日,是秭歸發(fā)展歷史上具有里程碑意義的一天,期盼已久的香溪長(zhǎng)江公路大橋正式開工建設(shè),標(biāo)志著秭歸人民的百年夢(mèng)想將成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。同時(shí),香溪長(zhǎng)江公路大橋的開工建設(shè)催生了政府與社會(huì)資本合作的新模式,也開創(chuàng)了全省采用PPP模式建設(shè)公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的先河,實(shí)現(xiàn)了用政府資金的"一瓢水",帶動(dòng)銀行資金"一井水",攪動(dòng)社會(huì)資本"一江水"。為破解大橋建設(shè)資金難題,縣委、縣政府大膽解放思想、艱辛探索,成功引進(jìn)武漢市政建設(shè)集團(tuán)、中鐵大橋局與政府合作采用PPP模式聯(lián)合建設(shè)大橋,此模
[Abstract]:On August 28th 2015, it was a landmark day in the history of Zigui's development. The long-awaited Xiangxi Changjiang River Highway Bridge officially began construction, marking a century-old dream of the Zigui people will come true.
