【摘要】：物資管理是油田企業(yè)的重要保障環(huán)節(jié)之一，不僅對(duì)油田的成本和利潤(rùn)產(chǎn)生影響，而且能控制油田企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本，提高保供速度，是增加油田企業(yè)實(shí)力的關(guān)鍵所在。伴隨供應(yīng)鏈在物資管理工作中的不斷應(yīng)用，油田的物資管理工作出現(xiàn)了一系列新的問(wèn)題。從目前物資管理情況來(lái)看，物資編碼、計(jì)劃、供應(yīng)商、價(jià)格、采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等環(huán)節(jié)存在的問(wèn)題，，嚴(yán)重影響了油田現(xiàn)代化物資管理步伐。大慶油田物資管理工作正在經(jīng)歷這個(gè)從傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代物資管理轉(zhuǎn)變的階段，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)油田物資管理現(xiàn)代化，必須對(duì)物資管理工作提出改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)和對(duì)策。 針對(duì)大慶油田現(xiàn)階段物資管理的實(shí)際，本論文應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈管理理論和流程再造理論，對(duì)大慶油田物資管理工作每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行調(diào)研，通過(guò)使用文獻(xiàn)檢索的方法和觀察法獲得研究物資管理工作的基礎(chǔ)資料，并運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代物資管理理念和方法，找出大慶油田物資管理工作中存在的問(wèn)題和不足，通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)題的科學(xué)分析，應(yīng)用物資管理先進(jìn)的計(jì)算方法對(duì)物資編碼、計(jì)劃、供應(yīng)商、價(jià)格、采購(gòu)、及倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理中存在的問(wèn)題提出改進(jìn)對(duì)策，為提高大慶油田物資管理水平提供技術(shù)支撐。為確保改進(jìn)對(duì)策能夠順利實(shí)施，在本文的最后一部分提出具體的保障措施，為改進(jìn)對(duì)策的實(shí)施奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Material management is one of the important guarantee links in oil field enterprises. It not only affects the cost and profit of oil fields, but also can control the production cost of oil field enterprises and improve the speed of supply protection. It is the key to increase the strength of oil field enterprises. With the continuous application of supply chain in material management, a series of new problems have appeared in the material management of oil fields. Judging from the current situation of material management, material coding and planning, The problems in suppliers, prices, procurement and warehousing have seriously affected the pace of modern material management in oil fields. Material management in Daqing Oilfield is undergoing a transition from traditional to modern material management. In order to realize the modernization of oil field material management, some suggestions and countermeasures must be put forward. According to the actual situation of material management in Daqing Oilfield at present, this paper applies the theory of supply chain management and process reengineering to investigate every link of material management in Daqing Oilfield. By using the methods of literature retrieval and observation to obtain the basic information of the research material management, and using the modern material management concept and method, the problems and shortcomings in the material management work in Daqing Oilfield are found out. Through the scientific analysis of the problem, applying the advanced calculation method of material management to improve the problems existing in material coding, planning, supplier, price, purchasing, and warehouse management, In order to provide technical support for improving the level of material management in Daqing Oilfield and to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement countermeasures, this paper puts forward specific safeguard measures in the last part of this paper, which lays a solid foundation for improving the implementation of the countermeasures.
