【摘要】：近年來,隨著工程需求的不斷增加,許多大型裝置往往需要多個(gè)相同或相近的單系統(tǒng)共同協(xié)作完成任務(wù)。這種由多個(gè)相同或相近單系統(tǒng)組成的完成特定任務(wù)的復(fù)雜裝置(簡稱為機(jī)群),有效提升了裝置在執(zhí)行任務(wù)過程中的能力,但由于其構(gòu)成復(fù)雜,運(yùn)行成本高的特點(diǎn),也增加了對(duì)其進(jìn)行可靠性管理的難度。良好的可靠性管理會(huì)大大減少機(jī)群在運(yùn)行過程中發(fā)生故障的次數(shù)和機(jī)群的運(yùn)行成本。對(duì)于可修機(jī)群,準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)估其可用度并分析影響可用度的因素是機(jī)群可靠性管理的重要組成部分。本文在現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,考慮執(zhí)行任務(wù)過程中對(duì)任務(wù)運(yùn)行及維修時(shí)間的限制,研究可修機(jī)群任務(wù)可用性的建模及算法,這些模型及算法擴(kuò)展了傳統(tǒng)的任務(wù)可用性研究,使得可用性的研究對(duì)象更寬廣,研究問題更貼近實(shí)際。研究的主要內(nèi)容及創(chuàng)新成果如下:(1)提出了指數(shù)分布條件下可修機(jī)群的任務(wù)可用性模型及算法;可靠性工程中指數(shù)分布是最常見的一種分布,完全由隨機(jī)事件或偶然事件引發(fā)的故障服從這種分布。論文首先研究機(jī)群中系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行和維修時(shí)間服從指數(shù)分布,且存在運(yùn)行和維修時(shí)限時(shí)機(jī)群的任務(wù)可用性建模方法。對(duì)于N/N(G)機(jī)群,通過分析系統(tǒng)與機(jī)群運(yùn)行和維修時(shí)間的關(guān)系,得到機(jī)群的失效和維修時(shí)間分布,建立其任務(wù)可用性的概率模型。對(duì)于k/N(G)機(jī)群,提出利用仿真與解析相結(jié)合的方法計(jì)算其任務(wù)可用度。(2)在(1)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,提出了weibull分布條件下可修機(jī)群的任務(wù)可用性模型及算法;在工程應(yīng)用中,大型復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行(失效)時(shí)間往往服從weibull分布。基于指數(shù)分布下機(jī)群任務(wù)可用性的建模方法的研究,提出當(dāng)系統(tǒng)失效時(shí)間服從weibull分布,維修時(shí)間服從指數(shù)分布時(shí),N/N(G)和k/N(G)機(jī)群的任務(wù)可用性建模方法。(3)給出了任務(wù)可用度與運(yùn)行和維修時(shí)限的關(guān)系曲線;以特定裝置為例,說明(1)和(2)中可用性模型和算法的具體步驟,驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。同時(shí),分別研究在指數(shù)分布和weibull分布兩種情況下,運(yùn)行和維修時(shí)限對(duì)裝置任務(wù)可用性的影響,得到裝置任務(wù)可用度與隨運(yùn)行和維修時(shí)限的變化曲線,為工程應(yīng)用中可靠性及維修性設(shè)計(jì)及運(yùn)行和維修計(jì)劃的制定提供方法基礎(chǔ)和決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demand of the project, many large devices often require multiple identical or similar single system together to complete the task. The complex device specific task which consists of multiple identical or similar single system (referred to as clusters), effectively enhance the capacity of the device during the mission, but due to the characteristics of complex constitution, high operating costs, also increased the difficulty of reliability management. Good reliability management will greatly reduce the number of cluster and cluster fault occurs in the operation process of the operation cost. For repairable cluster, assess the availability and analysis of factors affecting availability is an important component of part of cluster reliability management accurately. Based on the existing literature on the basis, considering the restrictions on the operation and maintenance task time during task execution, the research of repairable cluster task With the modeling and algorithm of the model and algorithm, extends the usability research task of traditional, makes the research object the availability of more broad, research more close to reality. The main research content and innovation are as follows: (1) proposed the mission availability model and algorithm of exponential distribution under the condition of repairable cluster; reliability index distribution is a distribution of the most common fault, completely caused by random events or accidental events. Firstly, obey this distribution in cluster system operation and maintenance time is exponentially distributed, and existing operation and maintenance mission availability modeling method for N/N limited cluster (G) cluster. By analyzing the relationship between the system and the cluster operation and maintenance time, get cluster failure and repair time distribution, the probability model of the mission availability. For k/N (G) cluster, using simulation and The availability of analytic calculation method combining. (2) in (1) on the basis of the research, put forward the mission availability model and algorithm of Weibull distribution under the condition of repairable cluster; in engineering application, large complex system (failure) often obeys Weibull distribution. Research on modeling method of index the distribution of cluster mission availability based on the proposed system when the failure time obeys the Weibull distribution, the repair time obeys the exponential distribution, N/N (G) and k/N (G) mission availability modeling method of cluster. (3) given the task of availability and curve of operation and maintenance time; in a specific device for example, that (1) and (2) the specific steps in the availability of the model and algorithm, verify the validity of the algorithm. At the same time, were studied in two cases of exponential distribution and Weibull distribution, operation and maintenance time of device influence mission availability, get the device The change curve of mission availability and operation time and maintenance time provides a method basis and decision basis for reliability and maintainability design and operation and maintenance plan in engineering application.
