交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施影響下的物流業(yè)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)研究

【摘要】:鑒于通過(guò)物流業(yè)發(fā)展來(lái)解釋我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展這一主題存在的一些不足,文章在綜述相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了二者之間存在非線性關(guān)系的觀點(diǎn)。利用門(mén)檻回歸模型,分別以鐵路和高速公路路網(wǎng)密度作為交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施門(mén)檻變量,證實(shí)了其在物流業(yè)提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平這一運(yùn)行機(jī)制上存在著非線性的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:2004-2013年間,鐵路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作為門(mén)檻,二者作用機(jī)制表現(xiàn)出了"由強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)弱"的相關(guān)關(guān)系;高速公路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作為門(mén)檻,二者作用機(jī)制表現(xiàn)出了顯著的"倒U"型相關(guān)關(guān)系;在發(fā)展低水平階段,鐵路作為物流業(yè)的主要運(yùn)輸方式,對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)影響作用強(qiáng)大,隨后作用逐漸減弱;公路在中等水平階段明顯高于低水平階段;在其高水平發(fā)展階段,促進(jìn)作用略低于中等水平階段。由于交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施門(mén)檻效應(yīng)的存在,文章建議應(yīng)系統(tǒng)、動(dòng)態(tài)地看待我國(guó)交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作用和因地制宜地制定物流業(yè)發(fā)展政策,推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的有效發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In view of some shortcomings in explaining the theme of regional economic development in China through the development of logistics industry, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that there is a nonlinear relationship between the two on the basis of a review of relevant studies, using the threshold regression model. Taking the density of railway and highway network as the threshold variable of traffic infrastructure, respectively, it is proved that the network density of railway and highway has a nonlinear regulating effect on the operation mechanism of logistics industry to improve the level of regional economic development. The research results show that: from 2004 to 2013, As the threshold of railway infrastructure, the action mechanism of the two shows the correlation relation of "from strong to weak", the highway infrastructure as the threshold, and the mechanism of action shows a significant "inverted U" correlation, and at the stage of low level of development, As the main transportation mode of the logistics industry, railway has a strong influence on the regional economy and then weakens gradually; the highway is obviously higher than the low level at the middle level; at its high level development stage, Due to the existence of the threshold effect of traffic infrastructure, this paper suggests that we should systematically and dynamically view the role of transport infrastructure in China and formulate logistics development policies in accordance with local conditions. Promote the effective development of regional economy.
