【摘要】：隨著中國城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展,城市綜合實(shí)力及其各種配套服務(wù)設(shè)施不斷增強(qiáng),城市的功能不僅僅局限于生產(chǎn)生活,旅游也逐漸成為城市的主要功能之一,進(jìn)而影響著城鎮(zhèn)化的過程。 本文在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外已有相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合衛(wèi)星地圖、實(shí)地調(diào)查資料、相關(guān)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)等,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論及其方法,全面深入地探討了麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的特征、空間演變過程,運(yùn)用Vensim軟件對麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的動力機(jī)制及其各種要素之間的相互影響關(guān)系進(jìn)行了深入的梳理,并通過對白華村、束河古鎮(zhèn)兩個相反的典型案例進(jìn)行分析,在總結(jié)麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的正面效應(yīng)和負(fù)面影響的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的調(diào)控與優(yōu)化措施。 論文研究內(nèi)容共分為四大部分：第一部分是基礎(chǔ)研究,包括第1章、第2章、第3章。主要對研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、研究思路和框架以及相關(guān)基本概念進(jìn)行了闡述,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述并對相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了梳理,對旅游城鎮(zhèn)化系統(tǒng)的動力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)分析；第二部分是綜合分析,包括第4章、第5章。主要是研究范圍的界定、麗江旅游業(yè)及旅游城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展概況,并對麗江的旅游城鎮(zhèn)化特征進(jìn)行了總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)中Vensim軟件,對麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的模式進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,探討了麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的空間演變機(jī)制、驅(qū)動模式；第四部分為典型案例分析,包括第6章,分析了古城區(qū)旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的特征,并將束河和白華村兩個村落的旅游城鎮(zhèn)化應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)方法進(jìn)行了對比分析。第五部分包括第七章,在總結(jié)麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的正面效應(yīng)和負(fù)面影響的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了麗江旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的調(diào)控與優(yōu)化措施,并對整個研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié),分析了研究中的不足,提出了今后進(jìn)一步研究的方向。 論文嘗試將系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)應(yīng)用到旅游城鎮(zhèn)化的研究中,突破了傳統(tǒng)描述研究方法的局限性。研究認(rèn)為：①麗江的旅游城鎮(zhèn)化包含了人口城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟(jì)城鎮(zhèn)化、空間城鎮(zhèn)化和社會城鎮(zhèn)化四個方面,系統(tǒng)因素各不相同。②在麗江的旅游城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,四個城鎮(zhèn)化系統(tǒng)相互影響,城市旅游功能日益增強(qiáng),旅游不斷向城市集中,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷加強(qiáng)。③麗江城鎮(zhèn)化的影響因素包括旅游資源、旅游需求、經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)位交通、城市規(guī)劃、旅游政策影響等幾個方面,且旅游城鎮(zhèn)化與幾個方面相互影響,其中旅游資源和旅游需求對城鎮(zhèn)化的驅(qū)動力最大。④白華村和束河古鎮(zhèn)由于旅游資源、經(jīng)營方式、開發(fā)方式的不同,導(dǎo)致了不同的旅游發(fā)展過程和旅游城鎮(zhèn)化結(jié)果。⑤旅游城鎮(zhèn)化對不僅給城市帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)收益、就業(yè)和形象提升；旅游城鎮(zhèn)化同時也造成部分旅游資源的浪費(fèi)、古城文化空心、物價上漲；通過合理規(guī)劃定位、政府加大投入等措施可有效控制負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the comprehensive strength of the city and its various supporting service facilities are constantly enhanced. The function of the city is not limited to production and living, and tourism has gradually become one of the main functions of the city. In turn, it affects the process of urbanization. On the basis of summarizing the related research results at home and abroad, combined with satellite map, field survey data and related statistical data, this paper discusses the characteristics of tourism urbanization in Lijiang by using the theory of system dynamics and its methods. In the process of spatial evolution, the dynamic mechanism of tourism urbanization in Lijiang and the interaction between various factors are deeply combed by using Vensim software, and through the analysis of two typical cases of Baihua Village and Shuhe Ancient Town, On the basis of summing up the positive and negative effects of tourism urbanization in Lijiang, this paper puts forward the control and optimization measures of tourism urbanization in Lijiang. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is the basic research, including chapter 1, chapter 2, chapter 3. The main research background, research significance, research content, research methods, The research ideas and framework as well as related basic concepts are elaborated, the related research at home and abroad is summarized and the relevant theoretical basis is combed out, and the dynamic basis of tourism urbanization system is analyzed. The second part is the comprehensive analysis. Including chapter 4, chapter 5. It is mainly about the definition of research scope, the development of tourism industry and tourism urbanization in Lijiang, and summarizes the characteristics of tourism urbanization in Lijiang. On this basis, the Vensim software is used in the system dynamics. This paper systematically analyzes the pattern of tourism urbanization in Lijiang, probes into the spatial evolution mechanism and driving mode of tourism urbanization in Lijiang, and analyzes the characteristics of tourism urbanization in ancient urban areas in the 4th part, which is a typical case study, including chapter 6. The paper also makes a comparative analysis of the applied system dynamics method of tourism urbanization between Shuhe village and Baihua village. The 5th part includes 7th chapters, on the basis of summing up the positive and negative effects of tourism urbanization in Lijiang. This paper probes into the regulation and optimization measures of tourism urbanization in Lijiang, summarizes the whole research content, analyzes the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the direction of further research in the future. This paper attempts to apply system dynamics to the study of tourism urbanization, breaking through the limitations of traditional descriptive research methods. The study holds that the tourism urbanization of 1: 1 Lijiang includes urbanization of population, urbanization of economy, urbanization of population, and urbanization of economy. Space urbanization and Social urbanization. 2 in the process of tourism urbanization in Lijiang, the four urbanization systems interact with each other, and the function of urban tourism is increasingly enhanced. The factors affecting the urbanization of Lijiang include tourism resources, tourism demand, economy, location traffic, urban planning, tourism policy and so on, and tourism urbanization and several aspects affect each other. Among them, tourism resources and tourism demand are the most important driving forces for urbanization. 4. Due to the differences in tourism resources, management methods and development methods, Baihua Village and Guzhen Town are different. 5. Tourism urbanization not only brings economic benefits, employment and image improvement to the city, but also causes waste of some tourism resources, the culture of ancient city is hollow, tourism urbanization results in different tourism development process and tourism urbanization result in tourism urbanization not only bring economic benefits to the city, employment and image promotion; tourism urbanization also causes waste of some tourism resources. Price rise; through rational planning, government investment and other measures can effectively control the negative impact.
