【摘要】：企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流是企業(yè)物流的重要組成部分,一般指從客戶的訂單開始,生成物料采購計(jì)劃和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,經(jīng)過采購原材料、外購件和一系列的生產(chǎn)工藝過程,直到產(chǎn)成品入庫及最終發(fā)運(yùn)為止。企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流設(shè)計(jì)的合理與否,直接影響企業(yè)整體的生產(chǎn)效率與企業(yè)成本。 但冷彎型鋼生產(chǎn)企業(yè),對于技術(shù)工藝和裝備的研究很多,關(guān)于生產(chǎn)物流規(guī)劃方面的研究少之又少,相關(guān)先進(jìn)理論在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用非常不完善由于缺乏系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)物流方面的規(guī)劃,多數(shù)冷彎型鋼企業(yè)投產(chǎn)后存在布局不合理、生產(chǎn)能力不匹配等問題,導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)效率降低,規(guī)�；a(chǎn)不夠。 本文在前人對生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)理論及方法的研究,進(jìn)一步研究了系統(tǒng)布置方法在冷彎型鋼企業(yè)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用。以國內(nèi)某冷彎型鋼產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)LW公司為例,對冷彎型鋼企業(yè)在行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,市場競爭日趨激烈的條件下,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)方法,結(jié)合冷彎型鋼生產(chǎn)工藝的特點(diǎn)對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)。最后通過對冷彎型鋼企業(yè)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)在物流管理方法的研究,對企業(yè)物流管理進(jìn)行改進(jìn),取得了一定的效果。
[Abstract]:The production logistics of an enterprise is an important part of the logistics of an enterprise. Generally speaking, it refers to the generation of a material purchase plan and a production plan from the customer's order, through the purchase of raw materials, outsourced parts and a series of production processes. Until the finished product is stored and finally shipped. Whether the design of production logistics is reasonable or not directly affects the production efficiency and cost of the enterprise as a whole. However, in cold-formed steel manufacturing enterprises, there is a lot of research on technology, technology and equipment, and very little research on production logistics planning. The application of relevant advanced theories in enterprises is very imperfect. Due to the lack of systematic production logistics planning, most cold-formed steel enterprises have problems such as unreasonable layout and mismatch of production capacity after putting into production, which leads to the reduction of production efficiency. Scale production is not enough. In this paper, based on the previous research on the design theory and method of the production logistics system, the application of the system layout method in the design of the production logistics system in the cold-formed steel enterprise is further studied. Under the condition of the rapid development of the industry and the increasingly fierce market competition, the cold-formed steel enterprises apply the design method of system layout. Combined with the characteristics of cold-formed steel production process, the production logistics of enterprises is systematically planned and designed. Finally, through the research on the logistics management method of production logistics system in cold-formed steel enterprises, the logistics management of enterprises is improved. A certain effect has been achieved.
