【摘要】：基于供應(yīng)鏈視角,本文從供應(yīng)鏈主體、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同和供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境維度,構(gòu)建農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全控制行為理論模型,通過對(duì)廣東省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查、采集了159個(gè)有效樣本,對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全控制行為進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并運(yùn)用二元Logistic回歸模型分析影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全控制行為的主要因素。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)管理制度是顯著影響質(zhì)量安全控制行為的供應(yīng)鏈主體因素,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈縱向合作和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈信息共享是顯著影響質(zhì)量安全控制行為的供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同因素,政府監(jiān)管和消費(fèi)需求是顯著影響質(zhì)量安全控制行為的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境因素。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of supply chain, this paper constructs a theoretical model of quality and safety control behavior of agricultural products production and processing enterprises from the aspects of supply chain main body, supply chain cooperation and supply chain environment, and carries out a field investigation on agricultural products production and processing enterprises in Guangdong Province. A total of 159 effective samples were collected to analyze the quality and safety control behavior of agricultural products production and processing enterprises. The main factors influencing the quality and safety control behavior of agricultural products production and processing enterprises are analyzed by using the binary Logistic regression model. The empirical results show that the management system of agricultural enterprises is the main factor of the supply chain which significantly affects the quality and safety control behavior. Vertical cooperation of agricultural product supply chain and information sharing of agricultural product supply chain are the supply chain synergetic factors that significantly affect the quality and safety control behavior. Government supervision and consumption demand are the supply chain environmental factors that significantly affect the quality and safety control behavior.
