煙葉生產物流網點布局優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著全球煙葉市場競爭的加劇,煙草企業(yè)對煙葉生產持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。國家煙草局明確煙葉生產以“市場引導,計劃種植”為指導的方針政策,主要體現在煙草企業(yè)與煙葉生產區(qū)煙農種植戶簽訂煙葉購銷合同,按煙葉計劃進行種植并對其進行回購。煙葉生產物流作為煙草企業(yè)供應鏈的起始點,煙葉生產區(qū)物流網點的合理規(guī)劃布局對整個煙葉生產的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起著至關重要的作用,然而目前煙葉生產區(qū)物流網點布局的研究還很少。因此,論文對煙葉生產物流網點布局的研究探索具有重要的理論和實際意義。 首先,根據國家局對煙葉生產區(qū)布局規(guī)劃的基本要求,,利用物流網點布局優(yōu)化的理論和方法,結合煙葉生產區(qū)物流網點布局的特點和現狀,分析影響煙葉生產物流網點布局的因素。其次,在建立煙葉生產物流網點布局優(yōu)化模型時,從煙葉生產物流網點布局問題界定中確定規(guī)模估測、網點選址、轄區(qū)范圍這三個布局優(yōu)化問題作為切入點分別提出優(yōu)化方法。在規(guī)模優(yōu)化問題中運用物流量預測方法和網點數量估算方法;在網點布局選址優(yōu)化問題中利用選址模型和MATLAB軟件;在網點轄區(qū)范圍確定問題中提出基于道路網絡距離的Voronoi圖方法來實現各點的管轄覆蓋范圍。再次,以重慶H區(qū)煙葉生產物流網點布局為例,結合重慶煙草公司對煙葉生產區(qū)布局規(guī)劃的基本要求,應用提出的網點布局優(yōu)化方法和模型對H區(qū)煙葉生產區(qū)物流網點的規(guī)模、選址及轄區(qū)覆蓋范圍進了布局優(yōu)化,并對H區(qū)煙葉生產區(qū)布局優(yōu)化結果從經濟效益和社會效益兩個方面進行評價。 最后,得出論文的結論:(1)建立煙葉生產物流網點布局優(yōu)化的規(guī)模模型、選址模型、轄區(qū)覆蓋范圍模型,達到規(guī)劃布局整體最優(yōu)、經濟效益和社會效率最優(yōu)目的。(2)以H煙葉生產區(qū)物流網點布局優(yōu)化為例,根據布局化的模型獲得該區(qū)以“1+12”共計13個網點配置規(guī)模和各個煙草點轄區(qū)覆蓋范圍的確定。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the global tobacco market, tobacco enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the sustained and stable development of tobacco production. It is mainly reflected in the signing of tobacco purchase and marketing contract between tobacco enterprises and tobacco farmers in the tobacco production area, planting and repurchase according to the tobacco leaf plan, and the tobacco production logistics as the starting point of the supply chain of tobacco enterprises. The rational planning and layout of the logistics network in the tobacco production area plays a vital role in the sustainable and stable development of the whole tobacco production. However, there is little research on the distribution of the logistics network in the tobacco production area at present. This paper has important theoretical and practical significance for the research of distribution of tobacco production logistics network. First of all, according to the basic requirements of the State Bureau on the layout planning of tobacco production areas, and using the theory and method of logistics network layout optimization, combined with the characteristics and current situation of tobacco production area logistics network layout, The factors influencing the distribution of tobacco production logistics network are analyzed. Secondly, when the optimization model of tobacco production logistics network layout is established, the scale estimation and site selection are determined from the definition of tobacco production logistics network layout. The three layout optimization problems in the area of jurisdiction are used as the starting point to put forward the optimization methods respectively. In the scale optimization problem, the method of forecasting the material flow and the number of nodes are used, the location model and the MATLAB software are used in the optimization of the location of the network layout. In the problem of determining the scope of network area, the Voronoi diagram method based on road network distance is put forward to realize the coverage of each point. Thirdly, taking the distribution of tobacco production logistics network in H district of Chongqing as an example, According to the basic requirements of Chongqing Tobacco Company on the layout planning of tobacco production area, the scale, location and coverage of the logistics network in the production area of H area were optimized by the proposed method and model. The optimization results of tobacco production area in H area were evaluated from two aspects: economic benefit and social benefit. Finally, the conclusion of the paper is: 1) to establish the scale model, location model, area coverage model of tobacco production logistics network layout optimization, so as to achieve the overall optimal planning layout. The optimal objective of economic and social efficiency is to optimize the distribution of logistics network in H tobacco production area. According to the model of distribution, the allocation scale of 13 outlets and the coverage range of each tobacco site in this area are determined by the model of "112".
