我國(guó)最低工資制度的勞動(dòng)供給效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:最低工資制度對(duì)勞動(dòng)供給的影響一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者們爭(zhēng)議的焦點(diǎn)之一。因此,有必要對(duì)我國(guó)最低工資勞動(dòng)供給效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析。筆者運(yùn)用固定效應(yīng)模型估計(jì)方法考察最低工資勞動(dòng)供給效應(yīng),結(jié)果顯示,最低工資對(duì)勞動(dòng)供給具有顯著正向作用。同樣,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)也對(duì)勞動(dòng)供給具有顯著正向作用,而失業(yè)率對(duì)勞動(dòng)供給具有顯著負(fù)向作用。據(jù)此,提出提高立法層次、統(tǒng)一工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的內(nèi)涵、統(tǒng)一最低工資調(diào)整時(shí)間,完善監(jiān)督管理機(jī)制等建議。
[Abstract]:The impact of the minimum wage system on the supply of labor has been one of the controversial issues among scholars at home and abroad. It is necessary to analyze the supply effect of minimum wage labor in China. The author uses the fixed effect model estimation method to study the supply effect of minimum wage labor. The results show that the minimum wage has a significant positive effect on labor supply. Economic growth also has a significant positive effect on labor supply, while the unemployment rate has a significant negative effect on labor supply. Accordingly, it is proposed to raise the legislative level, unify the connotation of wage standards, and unify the minimum wage adjustment time. Perfect supervision and management mechanism and other suggestions.
