【摘要】：中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的土地代價(jià)過(guò)高表明,需要考察經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率對(duì)城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張影響的跨期響應(yīng),動(dòng)態(tài)地評(píng)估城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張的績(jī)效�；诔鞘薪ㄔO(shè)用地與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率的互動(dòng)機(jī)制,采用面板VAR模型,動(dòng)態(tài)地評(píng)估了中國(guó)省際層面城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率的互動(dòng)影響。結(jié)果表明:短期內(nèi),城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張會(huì)抑制經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率,但長(zhǎng)期影響不顯著。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率對(duì)城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張的影響不顯著。從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率的改善取決于自身的完善,城市建設(shè)用地?cái)U(kuò)張對(duì)其并無(wú)顯著影響。應(yīng)重視城市土地的節(jié)約集約使用,并增加經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率在官員考核指標(biāo)中的比重。
[Abstract]:The high land cost of China's economic development indicates that it is necessary to examine the intertemporal response of economic growth efficiency to urban construction land expansion. Based on the interactive mechanism between urban construction land and economic growth efficiency, the panel VAR model is used to evaluate the performance of urban construction land expansion. This paper dynamically evaluates the interaction between urban construction land expansion and economic growth efficiency at the provincial level in China. The results show that urban construction land expansion will restrain the economic growth efficiency in the short term. But the long-term effect is not significant. The economic growth efficiency has no significant effect on urban construction land expansion. In the long run, the improvement of economic growth efficiency depends on its own perfection. The expansion of urban construction land has no significant effect on it. We should pay attention to the economization and intensive use of urban land and increase the proportion of economic growth efficiency in the official assessment index.
