【摘要】：物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的物流能力協(xié)調(diào)研究，對于提高物流服務(wù)集成商及其所在的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的服務(wù)水平、核心競爭力有重要意義。供應(yīng)鏈契約是能力協(xié)調(diào)最常用和最重要的方法之一。本文以供應(yīng)鏈契約協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制為物流能力協(xié)調(diào)手段，對三級物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的物流能力協(xié)調(diào)問題進(jìn)行研究。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下： （1）對國內(nèi)外物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的能力協(xié)調(diào)、供應(yīng)鏈契約協(xié)調(diào)的研究現(xiàn)狀做了詳細(xì)闡述。物流能力協(xié)調(diào)方面，對二級、三級物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的能力協(xié)調(diào)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述；供應(yīng)鏈契約協(xié)調(diào)方面，對批發(fā)價(jià)格契約、回購契約、收益共享契約、數(shù)量彈性契約這四種契約的研究現(xiàn)狀給予梳理。 （2）針對三級物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈（由一個(gè)物流服務(wù)集成商、一個(gè)物流服務(wù)提供商、一個(gè)物流服務(wù)分包商組成）的能力協(xié)調(diào)問題，分別建立了數(shù)量協(xié)作聯(lián)盟模式下和stackelberg博弈模式下的回購契約能力協(xié)調(diào)模型、數(shù)量協(xié)作聯(lián)盟模式下的收益共享契約能力協(xié)調(diào)模型，并對模型進(jìn)行求解得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。 （3）針對同樣的三級物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈，分別構(gòu)建了數(shù)量協(xié)作聯(lián)盟模式下的組合契約Ⅰ能力協(xié)調(diào)模型、組合契約Ⅱ能力協(xié)調(diào)模型，，并通過模型求解分析兩種組合契約的協(xié)調(diào)效果，得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。其中，組合契約Ⅰ、組合契約Ⅱ由回購契約與收益共享契約排列組合而成。 （4）通過設(shè)置合理的參數(shù)，對上述建立的五個(gè)協(xié)調(diào)模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析。數(shù)值分析一方面驗(yàn)證了上述求解模型得出的結(jié)論，并進(jìn)一步給出相關(guān)結(jié)論；另一方面也分析了物流需求波動(dòng)、價(jià)格波動(dòng)影響因素下上述契約模型的適用性。 （5）最后，論文對本文的研究成果以及研究不足之處進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，提出了未來可能的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The research on logistics capability coordination of logistics service supply chain can improve the service level of logistics service integrator and its logistics service supply chain. Supply chain contract is one of the most common and important methods of capability coordination. This paper studies the coordination of logistics capability in three-level logistics service supply chain. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) the research status of supply chain capacity coordination and supply chain contract coordination at home and abroad is expounded in detail. In logistics capability coordination, the research status of capability coordination of secondary and tertiary logistics service supply chain is expounded. Supply chain contract coordination, the wholesale price contract, repurchase contract, revenue sharing contract, quantity elasticity contract, these four contracts are reviewed. (2) the ability coordination of a three-tier logistics service supply chain (consisting of a logistics service integrator, a logistics service provider and a logistics service subcontractor), The models of ability coordination of repurchase contract under quantitative collaboration alliance model and stackelberg game model, and revenue sharing contract coordination model under quantitative collaboration alliance mode are established respectively, and the relevant conclusions are obtained by solving the model. 3) aiming at the same three-level logistics service supply chain, this paper constructs the coordination model of the combination contract I and the coordination model of the combination contract II under the model of quantitative collaboration alliance, and analyzes the coordination effect of the two kinds of combination contracts by solving the model. Among them, the combination contract I and II are arranged and combined by the repurchase contract and the income sharing contract. 4) through setting reasonable parameters, the five coordination models mentioned above are analyzed numerically. On the one hand, the numerical analysis verifies the conclusions of the above solution model, and further gives the relevant conclusions. On the other hand, it also analyzes the applicability of the above contract model under the influence factors of logistics demand fluctuation and price fluctuation. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results and deficiencies, and puts forward the possible research direction in the future.
