供應鏈知識流系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)路徑與策略優(yōu)化

【摘要】:市場競爭愈演愈烈,各企業(yè)部門為了求得生存,獲得持久的競爭優(yōu)勢,越來越多的重視供應鏈管理的思想。二十一世紀是知識經(jīng)濟時代,知識逐漸成為影響整個供應鏈網(wǎng)絡運作效率的關鍵因素。節(jié)點企業(yè)之間有效的知識流動成為提升供應鏈競爭力的關鍵。因此,供應鏈應該是通過物流、資金流、信息流、知識流將供貨商、制造商、分銷商、零售商直到最終用戶連成一個整體的功能網(wǎng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)模式,然而,在現(xiàn)實中,供應鏈合作伙伴經(jīng)常忽略相互之間的知識共享和自身的知識創(chuàng)新。從長遠來看,這種狀況將阻礙供應鏈整體競爭優(yōu)勢的形成和產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,對供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)理論的研究有必要把知識流協(xié)調(diào)作為核心。 本文以選擇供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)中的知識流要素并挖掘各要素之間的關系結(jié)構(gòu)為首要任務。在相關理論研究的基礎上,提出供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)的綜合理論分析框架以及供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)的內(nèi)涵。在綜合理論分析框架下,整合供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)理論與知識流理論,得出供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)的影響要素。借助解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型法(ISM)考核知識流視角下供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)要素的影響關系,對各要素進行層次劃分,得到它們之間的關系結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)合交叉影響矩陣相乘法(MICMAC)將各要素進行分類,找到它們的依賴性和驅(qū)動力分布,構(gòu)建全新的供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)要素體系,為更好的抓住知識流協(xié)調(diào)的重點打下基礎。 以要素結(jié)構(gòu)挖掘為基礎,在構(gòu)建供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)前提下優(yōu)化協(xié)調(diào)路徑。在對供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)要素結(jié)構(gòu)劃分和分類基礎上,研究供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)的特點,同時對知識流協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)的邊界進行界定。利用“因果反饋”機制,構(gòu)建包含制造商、零售商及其所在供應鏈三方子系統(tǒng)的供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)的因果圖和系統(tǒng)流圖,并利用系統(tǒng)動力學模型對各協(xié)調(diào)要素之間的互動關系及規(guī)律進行仿真模擬,優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)的路徑。 找到協(xié)調(diào)的優(yōu)化路徑,也就為在鏈與鏈競爭環(huán)境下,對供應鏈中知識流協(xié)調(diào)策略進行優(yōu)化打下了基礎。在對供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)回顧總結(jié)和以上各章節(jié)研究基礎上,構(gòu)建基于知識流的供應鏈間競爭模型。從整個供應鏈價值最大化的角度出發(fā),利用Stackelberg博弈理論探討供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)的策略,通過比較分析無知識流協(xié)調(diào)、混合知識流協(xié)調(diào)、知識流協(xié)調(diào)三種競爭情境下供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)的均衡解,發(fā)現(xiàn)知識流協(xié)調(diào)如何提高供應鏈的整體價值以及成本結(jié)構(gòu)對協(xié)調(diào)效果的影響。進而根據(jù)知識創(chuàng)造價值理論,優(yōu)化知識流協(xié)調(diào)策略。 本文以知識流協(xié)調(diào)為切入點,展開全新的供應鏈管理研究視角,通過在協(xié)調(diào)環(huán)境、內(nèi)容和研究方法上的創(chuàng)新,找到優(yōu)化供應鏈知識流協(xié)調(diào)的路徑和策略,為全面提高供應鏈協(xié)調(diào)的效率提供指導。
[Abstract]:In order to survive and obtain lasting competitive advantage, more and more enterprises pay more and more attention to the idea of supply chain management. 21th century is the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge gradually becomes the key factor that affects the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain network. The effective knowledge flow between node enterprises becomes the key to enhance the competitiveness of supply chain. Therefore, the supply chain should be through logistics, capital flow, information flow. The knowledge flow links suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and end users into a single functional network chain structure pattern, however, in reality, Supply chain partners often ignore their knowledge sharing and their own knowledge innovation. In the long run, this situation will hinder the formation of the overall competitive advantage of the supply chain and the sustainable development of the industry. It is necessary to take the coordination of knowledge flow as the core in the study of supply chain coordination theory. The primary task of this paper is to select the knowledge flow elements in supply chain coordination and to excavate the relationship structure among them. This paper puts forward the comprehensive theoretical analysis framework of supply chain knowledge flow coordination system and the connotation of supply chain knowledge flow coordination, and integrates supply chain coordination theory and knowledge flow theory under the framework of comprehensive theory analysis. The influence factors of supply chain knowledge flow coordination are obtained. By means of ISM), the influence relationship of supply chain coordination elements under the perspective of knowledge flow is examined, and the factors are divided into different levels. According to the cross influence matrix multiplication method, the key elements are classified, their dependence and driving force distribution are found, and a new supply chain knowledge flow coordination element system is constructed. Lay the foundation for better grasping the key points of knowledge flow coordination. Based on the element structure mining, the coordination path is optimized under the premise of constructing the supply chain knowledge flow coordination system. On the basis of the division and classification of the supply chain knowledge flow coordination elements structure, the characteristics of the supply chain knowledge flow coordination are studied. At the same time, the boundary of knowledge flow coordination system is defined, and the causality diagram and system flow diagram of supply chain knowledge flow coordination system including manufacturer, retailer and their supply chain tripartite subsystem are constructed by using "causal feedback" mechanism. The system dynamics model is used to simulate the interaction and law among the coordination elements to optimize the path of system coordination. Finding the optimal path of coordination will lay a foundation for optimizing the coordination strategy of knowledge flow in supply chain under the environment of chain and chain competition. From the point of view of maximizing the value of the whole supply chain, this paper discusses the coordination strategy of the supply chain knowledge flow by using Stackelberg game theory, and analyzes the coordination of the knowledge flow without knowledge flow and the coordination of the mixed knowledge flow through comparative analysis. The equilibrium solution of knowledge flow coordination system in supply chain under three competitive situations is found out how knowledge flow coordination can improve the overall value of supply chain and the influence of cost structure on coordination effect. Optimize knowledge flow coordination strategy. This paper takes the coordination of knowledge flow as the starting point and develops a new perspective of supply chain management. Through the innovation of coordination environment, content and research methods, we find the path and strategy to optimize the coordination of knowledge flow in supply chain. To provide guidance for overall improvement of supply chain coordination efficiency.
