【摘要】：隨著信息化時(shí)代的不斷深入，能夠客觀地表現(xiàn)出整個(gè)當(dāng)前時(shí)代發(fā)展的明顯標(biāo)志就是在市場環(huán)境中隨機(jī)產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)外包項(xiàng)目的增多。服務(wù)外包的過程中，最重要部分當(dāng)屬制造業(yè)行業(yè)外包服務(wù)的發(fā)展。因此，物流外包作為整個(gè)制造業(yè)行業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的一個(gè)亮點(diǎn)，近年來受到了不同程度的重視。制造業(yè)企業(yè)的物流外包的發(fā)展更多的呈現(xiàn)在物流運(yùn)輸和產(chǎn)品制造上，但是又同樣存在著對企業(yè)核心技術(shù)和整個(gè)運(yùn)營模式的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性考驗(yàn)。這樣的發(fā)展就促使企業(yè)在物流外包的過程中，將物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理視為研究的核心重點(diǎn)。 論文首先介紹了研究背景和意義，總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于物流外包以及物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)而闡述了物流外包相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論。并以A紡織公司物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為例，運(yùn)用模糊層次分析法對其進(jìn)行物流外包活動(dòng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和評估，對各個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的大小進(jìn)行分析，提出了對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范和控制措施。該研究對完善物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)過程、增加風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方法的實(shí)用性，具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the information age, the obvious sign that can objectively show the development of the whole current era is the increase in the number of randomly generated service outsourcing projects in the market environment. The most important part is the development of outsourcing services in the manufacturing industry. Therefore, logistics outsourcing is a bright spot in the development of the entire manufacturing industry. In recent years, different degrees of attention have been paid to the development of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises. However, there is also a risk test to the core technology and the whole operation mode of the enterprise. This kind of development urges the enterprise to regard the risk management of logistics outsourcing as the key point of the research in the process of logistics outsourcing. This paper first introduces the research background and significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign logistics outsourcing and logistics outsourcing risk management research status. Then it expounds the risk management theory related to logistics outsourcing, and takes A textile company logistics outsourcing risk management as an example to analyze and evaluate the risk of logistics outsourcing activities by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Based on the analysis of each risk factor, the paper puts forward the risk prevention and control measures, which has certain reference value for perfecting the risk evaluation process of logistics outsourcing and increasing the practicability of risk control method.
