【摘要】：經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的必然趨勢就是城鎮(zhèn)化，它是衡量一國和地區(qū)現(xiàn)代化水平的重要標志。金融，作為經(jīng)濟的核心，一直都在影響著我國的城鎮(zhèn)化進程。金融從促進第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，推動農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化以及支持城鄉(xiāng)基礎設施建設等維度，影響著我國的城鎮(zhèn)化進程。金融部門通過融資，來獲得城鄉(xiāng)建設所需的資金；通過優(yōu)化資金配置，來支持城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。如何有效合理的運用金融機制促進城鄉(xiāng)的發(fā)展，是我國金融改革的重要內(nèi)容。 論文分析了城鎮(zhèn)化與金融支持的內(nèi)在邏輯。城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展必須滿足三個條件：第一，農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的大量剩余產(chǎn)品，可以用來支持城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。其次，在農(nóng)村剩余產(chǎn)品的支持下，城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟，即第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟，得到發(fā)展。此外，城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展需要大量的農(nóng)村剩余勞動力。城鎮(zhèn)的基礎設施建設可以為其提供充分的就業(yè)崗位，引起農(nóng)村剩余勞動轉(zhuǎn)移，從而提高城鎮(zhèn)化的水平。從人口、經(jīng)濟、社會三個方面闡述了金融機構(gòu)對城鎮(zhèn)化進程支持。 本文涉及的變量較多，建立了城鎮(zhèn)化指標體系。采用了熵權(quán)法對二級變量進行了梳理，計算了各個變量的權(quán)重，進而得出了衡量人口城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟城鎮(zhèn)化、社會城鎮(zhèn)化的綜合指標。論文的主要計量分析部分運用了多變量VAR模型，進行了時間序列的平穩(wěn)性檢驗，進而做了Johanson協(xié)整關系檢驗。計量模型結(jié)果顯示，人口城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟城鎮(zhèn)化、社會城鎮(zhèn)化水平綜合指標和金融支持指標之間存在正向協(xié)整關系，，并對模型回歸結(jié)果進行了解釋。之后對模型做了AR穩(wěn)定性檢驗，檢驗結(jié)果顯示模型是穩(wěn)定的。最后提出了加強城鎮(zhèn)化進程中金融支持力度建議及措施。
[Abstract]:The inevitable trend of economic and social development is urbanization, which is an important symbol to measure the level of modernization of a country and a region. Finance, as the core of economy, has been influencing the process of urbanization in our country. The dimensions of promoting agricultural industrialization and supporting infrastructure construction in urban and rural areas affect the process of urbanization in China. The financial sector obtains the funds needed for urban and rural construction through financing, and optimizes the allocation of funds. How to effectively and reasonably use the financial mechanism to promote the development of urban and rural areas is an important content of financial reform in China. The paper analyzes the inherent logic of urbanization and financial support. The development of urbanization must meet three conditions: first, a large number of surplus products produced by the development of rural economy can be used to support the development of urban economy. With the support of surplus products in rural areas, the urban economy, that is, the economy of the second and third industries, has been developed. In addition, The development of urban economy needs a large number of rural surplus labors. The construction of urban infrastructure can provide them with sufficient employment posts and cause the transfer of surplus labor in rural areas, thus improving the level of urbanization. Social three aspects elaborated the financial institution to the urbanization process support. This paper deals with many variables, establishes the urbanization index system, combs the secondary variables by using entropy weight method, calculates the weights of each variable, and then obtains the measures of population urbanization, economic urbanization, The main econometric analysis part of the paper uses the multivariable VAR model, carries on the time series stability test, then makes the Johanson cointegration relation test. The econometric model results show that the population urbanization, There is a positive cointegration relationship between the economic urbanization, the social urbanization level comprehensive index and the financial support index, and the regression results of the model are explained. Then, the AR stability of the model is tested. The results show that the model is stable. Finally, suggestions and measures are put forward to strengthen the financial support in the process of urbanization.
