【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)信息化和機(jī)械化技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,倉庫管理作業(yè)方式也從手工作業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)方式向機(jī)械化作業(yè)方式轉(zhuǎn)變。立體倉庫是集現(xiàn)代物流技術(shù)和倉儲(chǔ)技術(shù)為一體的產(chǎn)物。它具有占地面積小、管理成本低、存儲(chǔ)空間大、作業(yè)響應(yīng)速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn),已成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)物流管理系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。 貨位優(yōu)化和揀選路徑優(yōu)化就是以提高倉儲(chǔ)作業(yè)效率和節(jié)約倉儲(chǔ)成本為目標(biāo),,考慮倉儲(chǔ)設(shè)備、貨物、客戶需求等各方面的問題和因素,規(guī)劃貨物的出入庫路徑和揀選作業(yè),以提高空間利用率和貨物出入庫作業(yè)效率為目的,降低貨物在搬運(yùn)過程中不必要的損耗,降低庫存成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)縮短貨物出入庫作業(yè)搬運(yùn)距離和作業(yè)時(shí)間的目的,并提高倉儲(chǔ)空間利用率。構(gòu)建貨位優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)不僅可以為企業(yè)提供生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)輸準(zhǔn)備,更能提高物流中心倉庫作業(yè)效率,更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)對(duì)物流成本控制。 隨著主機(jī)廠的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,A公司倉儲(chǔ)中心需要適時(shí)調(diào)整倉庫管理模式來適應(yīng)此變化,目前A公司倉儲(chǔ)中心面臨的主要問題為庫存利用低、作業(yè)效率低,以及庫存布局存在問題等。倉儲(chǔ)中心現(xiàn)在急需要一種貨位管理策略來解決目前遇到的問題。 本文以A公司倉儲(chǔ)中心新建立體倉庫庫區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,探討貨位優(yōu)化在倉儲(chǔ)中心的可行性。首先簡要描述貨位優(yōu)化的相關(guān)理論;然后,通過對(duì)倉儲(chǔ)中心貨位管理現(xiàn)狀的描述與分析以及對(duì)公司倉儲(chǔ)中心的倉儲(chǔ)管理現(xiàn)狀以及零部件特點(diǎn)的分析,并根據(jù)倉儲(chǔ)中心貨位管理目標(biāo),確定以提高倉儲(chǔ)管理效率為目標(biāo)的貨位優(yōu)化模型,通過建模的方法將優(yōu)化問題轉(zhuǎn)化為可量化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用MATLAB軟件設(shè)計(jì)算法求解最優(yōu)解,并對(duì)優(yōu)化前后零部件出入庫作業(yè)時(shí)間進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證本文貨位優(yōu)化模型的有效性。 本文通過對(duì)倉儲(chǔ)中心揀貨作業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的分析,并根據(jù)倉儲(chǔ)中心揀選作業(yè)的目標(biāo),確定和以揀貨作業(yè)路程最短為目標(biāo)的揀選路徑優(yōu)化模型,并利用遺傳算法對(duì)優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行求解;最后,選用MATLAB軟件設(shè)計(jì)算法求解最優(yōu)解,并對(duì)優(yōu)化后結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證揀貨路徑優(yōu)化模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer information and mechanization technology, Warehouse management is also changing from traditional manual operation to mechanized work.Stereoscopic warehouse is a product of modern logistics technology and warehousing technology. It has small area, low management cost and large storage space. The quick response speed of operation has become an important part of modern enterprise logistics management system. Location optimization and routing optimization is to improve the efficiency of storage operations and save storage costs, considering storage equipment, goods, customer demand and other aspects of the problems and factors, the planning of goods access and picking operations, In order to improve the utilization ratio of space and the efficiency of loading and unloading of goods, it can reduce the unnecessary loss of goods in the course of handling, reduce the cost of inventory, and realize the purpose of shortening the distance and working time of goods in and out of storage. It can not only provide production and transportation preparation for enterprises, but also improve the efficiency of warehouse operation in logistics center, and achieve better logistics cost control. With the continuous expansion of the production scale of the mainframe factory, the warehouse center of company A needs to adjust the warehouse management mode to adapt to this change. At present, the main problems faced by the warehouse center of company A are low inventory utilization and low operation efficiency. Storage center urgently needs a kind of position management strategy to solve the current problems. In this paper, the feasibility of cargo location optimization in warehouse center is discussed by taking the newly built warehouse reservoir area of company A warehouse center as the research object. Firstly, the related theory of cargo location optimization is briefly described; then, Based on the description and analysis of the current situation of warehouse management, the present situation of warehouse management and the characteristics of parts and components, and according to the management objectives of warehouse center, The optimization model of cargo location with the aim of improving the efficiency of warehouse management is determined. The optimization problem is transformed into a quantifiable mathematical model by modeling method, and the optimal solution is solved by using MATLAB software design algorithm. The comparison and analysis of the operating time before and after the optimization verify the validity of the model. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the picking operation in the warehouse center and according to the target of the picking operation in the storage center, this paper determines and optimizes the picking path model with the shortest distance of the picking operation, and uses genetic algorithm to solve the optimization problem. Finally, the MATLAB software design algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution, and the optimized results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the picking path optimization model.
