【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化既是一個國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的綜合體現(xiàn)，也是其實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化過程中必然經(jīng)歷的重要發(fā)展階段。伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步，城鎮(zhèn)化已經(jīng)成為擺在我們面前的重要任務(wù)之一。山東沿海地區(qū)作為我國改革開放的先行地區(qū)，又適逢山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)的難得機(jī)遇，研究其城鎮(zhèn)化的影響因素及對策具有理論和實踐意義。 從闡述城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展動力和相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)入手，分析沿海地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的特征和加快山東沿海地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的必要性；以山東沿海地區(qū)為研究對象，總結(jié)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀和影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上，以青島、煙臺、濰坊、威海、日照和東營六城市的人口變動、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)狀況、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、社會保障和居民收入等經(jīng)濟(jì)社會主要指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù)為樣本，使用SPSS17.0軟件對各項指標(biāo)進(jìn)行因子分析，得出實證研究結(jié)論。 實證分析結(jié)果顯示，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展因素對山東沿海地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的影響最大，其次為人口密度和城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距指標(biāo)的影響，這兩個方面對山東沿海地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化率的解釋度達(dá)到81.6%。驗證了經(jīng)濟(jì)因素和社會因素是城鎮(zhèn)化的主要影響因素，與山東沿海地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的實際情況相符。繼而提出加快山東沿海地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的對策。首先，要進(jìn)一步調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平；其次，轉(zhuǎn)變外貿(mào)發(fā)展方式、提升開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平；第三，完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，增強(qiáng)支撐保障能力。同時，還要不斷增加城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入，，提高城鎮(zhèn)的人口聚集能力和經(jīng)濟(jì)活力。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is not only a comprehensive embodiment of the economic and social development of a country and a region, but also an important stage of development in the process of its modernization. Urbanization has become an important Ren Wuzhi in front of us. The coastal area of Shandong, as a leading area of reform and opening up in China, also coincides with a rare opportunity for the construction of the blue economic zone in the Shandong Peninsula. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors and countermeasures of urbanization. This paper analyzes the characteristics of urbanization in coastal areas and the necessity of accelerating urbanization in coastal areas of Shandong Province, taking the coastal areas of Shandong Province as the research object, starting with the elaboration of the connotation, development power and related theoretical basis of urbanization. Summarizing the development course, present situation and influencing factors of urbanization. On this basis, taking the population changes, economic development, industrial structure, employment situation, infrastructure of Qingdao, Yantai, Weifang, Weihai, Rizhao and Dongying six cities, The data of the main economic and social indicators such as social security and residents' income are taken as samples and the SPSS17.0 software is used to carry on factor analysis to each index and draw the conclusion of the empirical research. The results of empirical analysis show that economic development factors have the greatest impact on urbanization in Shandong coastal areas, followed by the impact of population density and income gap between urban and rural residents. These two aspects explain the urbanization rate in the coastal areas of Shandong to 81.6. It is verified that economic and social factors are the main influencing factors of urbanization. In line with the actual situation of urbanization in the coastal areas of Shandong Province, the countermeasures for accelerating the development of urbanization in the coastal areas of Shandong Province are put forward. First, it is necessary to further adjust and optimize the industrial structure and raise the level of economic development; secondly, to change the mode of development of foreign trade, Improve the level of open economy; third, improve infrastructure construction, enhance support and support capacity. At the same time, we must continue to increase the income of urban and rural residents, improve the ability of urban population gathering and economic vitality.
