多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型及其算法研究

【摘要】:項目管理已成為一種有效管理技術和管理方式并越來越得到企業(yè)廣泛應用,同時其研究及實踐重心也開始從原來單項目管理向多項目管理轉(zhuǎn)化。多項目管理被認為是21世紀一種全新管理方法而日益被企業(yè)所青睞。隨著多項目管理理論與方法而日益發(fā)展,目前多項目資源配置特別是多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置顯得更加重要并成為多項目管理領域研究熱點。本文從項目族視角,以多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置為研究對象應用粒計算、云模型以及混合量子粒子群算法等理論和方法對多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置參數(shù)、多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型、多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置算法以及其魯棒性等問題深入研究,論文主要研究內(nèi)容、研究成果及其創(chuàng)新點包含如下幾個方面:從項目族視角,在多項目管理理論與方法以及工作分解結構研究基礎上構建多項目工作分解結構GWBS模型;然后通過多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源理論研究在GWBS模型上構建了多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源GBOR模型;GWBS模型以及GBOR模型的提出有效提高了柔性資源配置效率以及多項目管理水平;應用不確定性粒計算方法對多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置進行具體分析研究:基于模糊粗糙集的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置,基于信息熵粗糙集的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置,基于可調(diào)變精度粗糙集的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置;同時提出了多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源屬性定量測定方法;該研究成果可為多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供科學依據(jù)。在對多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源GBOR研究基礎上設計了多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源參數(shù)及柔性資源緩沖,為多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源定量配置提供了條件;同時對多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源資源熵進行定量測定;論文在云模型基礎上構建基于高斯分布的云模型,在基于云模型的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源屬性研究基礎上應用高斯云模型對多項目關鍵鏈進行定量識別和測定研究,該研究成果為多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供前提條件以及重要基礎。通過多項目理論與方法、關鍵鏈理論、多項目資源配置理論研究,在多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置問題及其特征參數(shù)研究基礎上構建了基于多屬性的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型;同時在以上研究基礎上應用學習效應理論構建了基于學習效應的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型:基于Wright學習效應的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型;基于Richard學習效應的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型;基于Dejong學習效應的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型以及基于混合學習算法的多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型并對其算例分析;該研究成果為多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供了理論基礎以及實踐依據(jù)。在區(qū)間優(yōu)化算法理論、粒子群算法以及量子算法研究基礎上提出了多目標區(qū)間粒子群算法以及基于云模型的混合量子粒子群算法;同時應用混合量子粒子群算法對多項目關鍵鏈柔性配置進行研究;在研究過程中結合多項目案例集進行資源配置仿真實驗;然后對多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置模型及其算法進行魯棒性研究;該研究成果可為多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供科學實現(xiàn)方法和實現(xiàn)條件,并且該研究成果能為多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置提供有效魯棒性控制方法以及管理建議。本文研究既具有一定的理論價值又具有較強的現(xiàn)實意義,其研究價值主要體現(xiàn)在以下方面:通過多項目管理理論和方法研究基礎上提出了GWBS模型以及GBOR模型為多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源有效配置提供了新的視角;通過多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置問題及其配置深入研究基礎上構建了多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置理論模型為解決多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置問題提供了新的研究思路及新的理論基礎;最后通過多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置新算法設計及其魯棒性研究有效、科學地解決了多項目關鍵鏈柔性資源配置問題。
[Abstract]:Project management has become a kind of effective management technology and management mode is more and more widely used by enterprises, and its research and practice center also began to change from the original single project management to multi project management. Project management is a new management method in twenty-first Century and are increasingly being favored by enterprises.
