UPS在中國的供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:改革開放三十多年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng),隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易一體化的發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。但是融資難問題一直是制約中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,供應(yīng)鏈金融作為緩解中小企業(yè)融資困境的重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新形式被越來越多的中小企業(yè)采用。供應(yīng)鏈金融給金融行業(yè)帶來業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的同時(shí),也給國內(nèi)外眾多第三方物流企業(yè)帶來了豐厚的收入,解決了供應(yīng)鏈上眾多中小企業(yè)融資難的問題。全球最大的物流企業(yè)--UPS的供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展模式在物流業(yè)內(nèi)堪稱典范,但是UPS在中國的供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展目前是舉步維艱。因此研究UPS在中國的供應(yīng)鏈金融發(fā)展對(duì)策,不僅對(duì)幫助UPS在中國的業(yè)務(wù)拓展,促進(jìn)其供應(yīng)鏈金融健康發(fā)展,提升中國市場(chǎng)份額具有重要價(jià)值;而且也對(duì)廣大中小企業(yè)解決融資困難,金融機(jī)構(gòu)和物流行業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,管理提升具有十分重要的意義。本文從第三方物流企業(yè)角度出發(fā),主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究、波士頓矩陣分析和案例分析的研究方法,根據(jù)有關(guān)第三方物流、供應(yīng)鏈管理、供應(yīng)鏈金融等相關(guān)專著和概念,分析供應(yīng)鏈金融的運(yùn)作模式和特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而提出第三方物流企業(yè)開展供應(yīng)鏈金融的體系框架,主要從市場(chǎng)體系、運(yùn)營(yíng)體系和風(fēng)控體系三方面論述。結(jié)合實(shí)際工作,分析UPS在中國開展供應(yīng)鏈金融業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,面臨的問題及發(fā)展受限的原因;幫助UPS更好的結(jié)合中國國情和自身的行業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),從市場(chǎng),運(yùn)營(yíng)和風(fēng)控三個(gè)方面提出相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議:(一)明確供應(yīng)鏈金融的明星市場(chǎng)地位并建立行業(yè)細(xì)分制市場(chǎng)體系,包括零售業(yè),高科技行業(yè),醫(yī)療保健業(yè)和制造業(yè);(二)調(diào)整UPS CAPITAL中國的組織架構(gòu),優(yōu)化操作流程以及建立多樣化的營(yíng)銷方式;(三)建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警機(jī)制和合作方監(jiān)督體系,并廣泛應(yīng)用信息管理技術(shù)。最后章節(jié)對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),概括了本文的工作,同時(shí)指出了研究中的不足以及下一步需要深入探討的地方。本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于建議UPS在中國按照行業(yè)細(xì)分制建立供應(yīng)鏈金融市場(chǎng)體系,并據(jù)此調(diào)整組織架構(gòu),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)差異化營(yíng)銷。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic development has continued to grow at a high speed. With the progress of society, the integration of world economy and trade has developed. Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy. However, the difficulty of financing has been the bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Supply chain finance is adopted by more and more small and medium-sized enterprises as an important innovation form to alleviate the financing predicament of small and medium-sized enterprises. Supply chain finance brings business innovation to the financial industry at the same time. It also brings a lot of income to many third party logistics enterprises at home and abroad, and solves the problem of financing for many small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain. The largest logistics enterprise in the world UPS's supply chain financial development model is a model in the logistics industry. However, the development of supply chain finance of UPS in China is very difficult at present. Therefore, studying the countermeasures of UPS's supply chain finance development in China not only helps UPS expand its business in China, but also promotes its healthy development of supply chain finance. It is of great value to enhance the market share of China, and it is also of great significance for the small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the financing difficulties, the business innovation of financial institutions and the logistics industry, and the promotion of management. This paper mainly uses literature research, Boston matrix analysis and case analysis to analyze the operation mode and characteristics of supply chain finance according to the related monographs and concepts of third party logistics, supply chain management, supply chain finance, etc. Then it puts forward the system framework of the third party logistics enterprise to develop the supply chain finance, mainly discusses from the market system, the operation system and the wind control system. Combined with the actual work, it analyzes the current situation of the supply chain finance business carried out by UPS in China. The problems faced and the reasons for the limited development; to help UPS better integrate China's national conditions and its own industry advantages from the market, Three aspects of Operations and Wind Control: (1) clarify the star market position of supply chain finance and establish a market segmentation system for industries, including retailing and high-tech industries, Health care industry and manufacturing industry (2) adjust the organizational structure of UPS CAPITAL in China, optimize the operation process and establish diversified marketing methods. (3) establish a risk warning mechanism and a cooperative supervision system. And widely used information management technology. The last chapter summarizes the full text, summarizes the work of this paper, At the same time, it points out the deficiency of the research and the further discussion. The innovation of this paper lies in the suggestion that UPS establish the supply chain financial market system in China according to the industry segmentation system, and adjust the organization structure accordingly. And then achieve differentiated marketing.
