【摘要】：在鋼材市場不景氣、鋼鐵企業(yè)利潤大幅下滑的背景下，唐山鋼鐵公司深化生產(chǎn)組織模式和直面市場營銷服務(wù)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變，建立貼近市場和用戶、運行高效的市場開發(fā)、客戶管理和市場服務(wù)工作機(jī)制，逐步實現(xiàn)從鋼鐵生產(chǎn)商向產(chǎn)品服務(wù)商的轉(zhuǎn)變，實現(xiàn)從賣產(chǎn)品向賣服務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)變，提出了大力發(fā)展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)、改善物流管理流程、實施物流管理專業(yè)化的目標(biāo)。 首先，根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)，，對物流特別是鋼鐵企業(yè)物流的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述，概括了鋼鐵企業(yè)物流研究的范圍與方向，闡述了相關(guān)物流理論。 其次，對唐鋼物流系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展實踐進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析。對唐鋼物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了概述，介紹了唐鋼在優(yōu)化運輸方式、控制庫存、降低廠內(nèi)倒運費等各方面降低物流成本的措施；總結(jié)了唐鋼在物流信息化現(xiàn)狀，重點闡述了唐鋼鐵路運輸管理系統(tǒng)的功能、網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)以及應(yīng)用效果，從作業(yè)流程和技術(shù)的角度闡述了天車定位系統(tǒng)以及該系統(tǒng)在改善庫區(qū)管理中的作用。 最后，針對唐鋼物流系統(tǒng)存在的問題，提出了改善方案。主要包括，廠內(nèi)鐵路運輸及倉儲設(shè)施改造，物流信息化建設(shè)，企業(yè)物流組織架構(gòu)優(yōu)化和物流管理的持續(xù)改進(jìn)，以及實施這些方案的保證措施。本著向客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)和物流一體化的要求，提出物流信息系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)方案及建設(shè)現(xiàn)代銷售物流模式的展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of steel market depression and sharp decline of iron and steel enterprise profit, Tangshan Iron and Steel Company deepens the transformation of production organization mode and directly facing the marketing service mode, and establishes close to the market and users. Run efficient market development, customer management and market service mechanism, gradually realize the transformation from steel producers to product service providers, realize the transition from selling products to selling services, and put forward to vigorously develop the logistics industry. Improve logistics management process and implement the goal of logistics management specialization. Firstly, according to the literature, the domestic and foreign research status of logistics in iron and steel enterprises is summarized, the scope and direction of logistics research in iron and steel enterprises are summarized, and the related logistics theory is expounded. Secondly, the current situation and development practice of logistics system in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd are summarized and analyzed. The logistics system of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company is summarized, and the optimization of transportation mode and the control of inventory are introduced. The measures to reduce the logistics cost in the plant; This paper summarizes the present situation of logistics information in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and focuses on the function, network structure and application effect of railway transportation management system in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. From the point of view of operation flow and technology, this paper expounds the crane positioning system and its role in improving the management of reservoir area. Finally, in view of the existing problems of logistics system of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, the improvement scheme is put forward, including the transformation of railway transportation and storage facilities in the factory, and the construction of logistics informatization. The optimization of enterprise logistics organization structure and continuous improvement of logistics management, as well as the guarantee measures for the implementation of these programs, in line with the requirements of providing quality services to customers and integration of logistics. The improvement scheme of logistics information system and the prospect of constructing modern sales logistics model are put forward.
