【摘要】：物流業(yè)不僅是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，，而且其發(fā)展的速度和質(zhì)量直接影響到國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的水平。從國務(wù)院提出物流業(yè)發(fā)展振興規(guī)劃以來，全國物流業(yè)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。特別是在我國西部地區(qū)，進(jìn)入第二輪西部大開放以來，發(fā)展西部地區(qū)物流業(yè)受到西部地區(qū)各級政府和社會的普遍關(guān)注。特別是西部地區(qū)中小物流業(yè)的快速興起與發(fā)展，對西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展起到了巨大的促進(jìn)和保障作用。西部地區(qū)中小物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展與當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的非集約化有很大的聯(lián)系，因此，在面對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，有效推動中小物流企業(yè)一并轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展，明晰市場定位等，需要進(jìn)行專門化的研究與分析。 本文從西北地區(qū)中小物流企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)，在系統(tǒng)討論其經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及機(jī)遇等基礎(chǔ)上，立足于西北地區(qū)的地域特點(diǎn)，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對該地區(qū)中小型物流企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析，揭示內(nèi)外部環(huán)境中對我國西北地區(qū)中小型物流企業(yè)發(fā)展存在阻礙和提供機(jī)遇的因素，針對這種研究結(jié)論提出合作化、差異化和綜合化等適合中小型企業(yè)發(fā)展的思路。并根據(jù)企業(yè)市場定位為這些企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展提出了可行的發(fā)展策略，同時(shí)提出了加速西北地區(qū)中小型物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的對策與措施建議。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is not only an important part of the national economy, but also the speed and quality of its development directly affect the level of national economic and social development. The development of the national logistics industry is showing a vigorous development trend, especially in the western region of China, entering the second round of western opening. The development of the logistics industry in the western region is generally concerned by the governments and the society at all levels in the western region, especially the rapid rise and development of the small and medium-sized logistics industry in the western region. The rapid development of the small and medium-sized logistics industry in the western region is closely related to the non-intensive development of the local economy, so it plays a great role in promoting and ensuring the economic and social development of the western region. In the face of the key period of economic development and transformation, it is necessary to carry out specialized research and analysis to effectively promote the transformation and development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and clarify the market positioning. Based on the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Northwest China, this paper discusses its management status, challenges and opportunities, and based on the regional characteristics of Northwest China. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in this area by using the SWOT analysis method, and reveals the factors that hinder and provide opportunities for the development of the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the northwest region of China. Aiming at the conclusion of this research, this paper puts forward some ideas suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as cooperation, differentiation and integration, and puts forward feasible development strategies for the survival and development of these enterprises according to the market orientation of the enterprises. At the same time, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Northwest China.
