【摘要】：建筑企業(yè)經(jīng)營成本隨著建筑行業(yè)競爭加劇，整體降低空間在不斷縮小，而在工程項目物料管理的采購、庫存等環(huán)節(jié)中，還存在著很大的成本降低空間。同時，運用先進的管理思想、科學(xué)方法，發(fā)揮采購及庫存管理在建筑企業(yè)成本降低方面的最大效用，也是建筑企業(yè)增加利益、提高競爭力的最根本途徑。隨著供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的提出，建筑企業(yè)運用供應(yīng)鏈管理方法的研究與應(yīng)用也越來越受研究學(xué)者與建設(shè)組織的關(guān)注。 本文運用供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈管理思想，針對建筑企業(yè)采購管理的物料分類、采購模式及供應(yīng)商管理存在的問題研究了分類改進模型、基于分類的物料采購模式與供應(yīng)商管理優(yōu)化策略；針對建筑企業(yè)庫存管理模式存在的狀況給出了基于物料分類的供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理優(yōu)化策略。最后，作者結(jié)合建筑企業(yè)物料采購及庫存管理的特點，研究了優(yōu)選供應(yīng)商的基于熵的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度評價方法與符合建筑企業(yè)特點的JMI（聯(lián)合庫存管理）模型，通過F建筑企業(yè)案例數(shù)據(jù)的驗證和研究，客觀的總結(jié)了供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下建筑企業(yè)采購及庫存管理優(yōu)化策略。 建筑企業(yè)案例數(shù)據(jù)表明：①運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度方法對戰(zhàn)略型和杠桿型供應(yīng)商進行優(yōu)選時，建筑企業(yè)要與評選指標的綜合數(shù)值分數(shù)最高的供應(yīng)商建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系，選擇結(jié)果有效的規(guī)避了人為主觀因素的影響；②聯(lián)合庫存管理模型的運用，在建筑企業(yè)處于劣勢的協(xié)調(diào)機制下，建筑企業(yè)總成本比實際情況減少30.13%；供應(yīng)商總成本比實際情況減少6.56%；供應(yīng)鏈整體成本比實際情況減少27.87%，這樣不僅提高建筑企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益，也會增加整個供應(yīng)鏈的利益。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the construction industry, the overall reduction space is shrinking, but in the project material management procurement, inventory and other links, there is still a lot of cost reduction space. At the same time. Using advanced management ideas and scientific methods to bring into play the greatest utility of purchasing and inventory management in the cost reduction of construction enterprises is also an increase in the benefits of construction enterprises. With the development of supply chain and supply chain management, the research and application of supply chain management in construction enterprises have been paid more and more attention by researchers and construction organizations. Based on the idea of supply chain and supply chain management, this paper studies the classification and improvement model of material classification, purchasing mode and the problems of supplier management in construction enterprises. Material purchasing model and supplier management optimization strategy based on classification; In view of the existing situation of inventory management mode in construction enterprises, the optimization strategy of supply chain inventory management based on material classification is given. Finally, the author combines the characteristics of material procurement and inventory management in construction enterprises. This paper studies the evaluation method of entropy based grey relational degree and JMI (joint inventory management) model which accords with the characteristics of construction enterprises, and verifies and studies the case data of F construction enterprises. The optimization strategy of purchasing and inventory management of construction enterprises under supply chain environment is summarized objectively. The case data of construction enterprises show that the use of grey correlation method to select strategic and leveraged suppliers. The construction enterprise should establish the strategic partnership relationship with the supplier with the highest comprehensive value score of the evaluation index, and the selection result effectively avoids the influence of human subjective factors. (2) with the application of the joint inventory management model, the total cost of the construction enterprise is 30.13 less than the actual situation under the coordination mechanism in which the construction enterprise is at a disadvantage; The total cost of the supplier is 6.56 less than the actual situation; The overall cost of the supply chain is 27.87% less than the actual situation, which not only improves the economic benefit of the construction enterprise, but also increases the benefit of the whole supply chain.
