【摘要】:經(jīng)過(guò)幾年持續(xù)不斷的發(fā)展,大連R國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理公司(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)大連R公司)已經(jīng)奠定在大連地區(qū)國(guó)家級(jí)貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭羊地位。但是隨著行業(yè)內(nèi)部其他公司對(duì)國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理認(rèn)識(shí)的逐漸加深,業(yè)務(wù)能力日漸提升及國(guó)際大型貨運(yùn)公司相對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)的發(fā)揮,大連R公司將面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí),我國(guó)進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái)國(guó)際貿(mào)易量劇增,國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)出持續(xù)提升發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),同時(shí)國(guó)家為了發(fā)展東北老工業(yè)基地制定出一系列有利于其發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略決策,這些都為大連市發(fā)展國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)帶來(lái)了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和空間。面對(duì)新的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展空間和生存機(jī)遇,本文對(duì)大連R公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,找出公司與國(guó)內(nèi)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手之間存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)差距,明確大連R公司目前面臨的形勢(shì)和制定公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是十分必要的,并具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以大連R公司為研究對(duì)象,以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)為研究目的,采用文獻(xiàn)與調(diào)查研究、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的分析方法,研究了大連R公司發(fā)展中的整體性、長(zhǎng)期性、基本性的戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題,研究的主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面。第一部分是對(duì)大連R公司發(fā)展中遇到的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析;第二部分是對(duì)與企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究相關(guān)的理論和方法進(jìn)行綜述;第三部分對(duì)大連R公司所處的外部宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)述;第四部分對(duì)大連R公司的企業(yè)微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析;第五部分通過(guò)波特五力和SWOT分析法確定大連R公司的總戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略;第六部分是結(jié)合之前的分析總結(jié)確定大連R公司的戰(zhàn)略如何具體實(shí)施;第七部分是對(duì)研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)。研究取得的結(jié)果主要是:在綜合分析大連R公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和公司能力的基礎(chǔ)上,確定“單一型——復(fù)合型”兩階段總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,明確大連R公司若想在貨運(yùn)代理業(yè)求生存求發(fā)展就必須轉(zhuǎn)變職能,集中力量發(fā)展第三方物流營(yíng)運(yùn)模式。
[Abstract]:After several years of continuous development. Dalian R International Freight forwarding Co., Ltd. Has established the leading position in the national freight forwarding industry in Dalian. But with the other companies within the industry gradually deepen their understanding of international freight forwarder. With the improvement of business ability and the exertion of the relative advantages of large international freight companies, Dalian R Company will face the fierce market competition and development challenge. At the same time, the international trade volume of our country has increased sharply since the new century. The national economy continues to improve the development of the state, at the same time, the country in order to develop the old industrial base in Northeast China has made a series of strategic decisions conducive to its development. All these have brought new development opportunity and space for Dalian to develop international freight forwarder industry and face new market development space and survival opportunity. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the internal and external environment of Dalian R Company and its competitive relationship, and finds out the real gap between Dalian R Company and its domestic and foreign competitors. It is very necessary to make clear the situation that Dalian R Company is facing at present and to draw up the development strategy of Dalian R Company, and it is of great practical significance. In this paper, Dalian R Company as the research object, to achieve the goal of sustainable development of enterprises for the purpose of research, the use of literature and investigation, theory and practice of the combination of analysis method. This paper studies the overall, long-term and basic strategic issues in the development of Dalian R Company. The main contents of the study include the following aspects. The first part is the analysis of the main problems encountered in the development of Dalian R Company; The second part is a review of the theories and methods related to the research of enterprise development strategy. The third part analyzes and comments on the external macro environment of Dalian R Company. Part 4th analyzes the micro environment of Dalian R Company. In the 5th part, the total strategy and function strategy of Dalian R Company are determined by Porter's five forces and SWOT analysis. Part 6th is the combination of previous analysis and summary to determine how to implement the strategy of Dalian R Company; Part 7th is a summary of the research. The results of the study are as follows: on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of Dalian R Company and the ability of the company. To determine the overall development strategy of "single type-compound type" in two stages, it is clear that Dalian R company must change its function and concentrate on developing the mode of third party logistics if it wants to survive and develop in freight forwarding industry.
