【摘要】：行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)與政府的合作成為構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟(jì)體與政府之間關(guān)系的關(guān)鍵。首先,改革開放后,上海市行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)生存資源依賴發(fā)生變遷。其次,根據(jù)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)與政府/市場(chǎng)資源的相互依賴程度,將其劃分為全能型、半官方、半市場(chǎng)和市場(chǎng)型四種類型。最后,分析行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)資源依賴程度與權(quán)力平衡狀態(tài)的關(guān)系。由此得出:行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)與政府/市場(chǎng)資源依賴程度的差異導(dǎo)致權(quán)力平衡狀態(tài)的顯著差異,權(quán)力在政府/市場(chǎng)與協(xié)會(huì)之間的不平衡成為一種常態(tài)。而這正是合作主義在中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段難以實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要障礙。
[Abstract]:Industry associations and government cooperation has become the key to the construction of the relationship between the economy and government. First, after the reform and opening up, Shanghai City Industry Association survival resource dependent changes. Secondly, according to industry associations and government / market resource interdependence, which is divided into universal, semi official, semi market and market four types. Finally, analysis of the relationship between the degree of dependence and the balance of power resources industry association. We concluded that the industry associations and government / market resources dependent differences lead to significant differences of the balance of power, power between government and society / market imbalance has become a norm. And this is an important obstacle to cooperation it is difficult to achieve in China at the present stage.
